Their past;part-1

VAIBHAV'S P.O.V:

We heard a knock on my bedroom door while I was saying my confession scene to Uncle. He was completely curious while I was saying and now all that curiosity changed into vexation because of that knock.

"Come in," I said and a servant of mine came in "Sir dinner is ready, everyone completed eating you both only remained" he uttered "What? Are you expecting us to do the dishes?" he said sarcastically

I smiled at the servant's situation."Bring our meals to my room" I said looking at the servant, he nodded and left.

"What happened after that? Did she say yes?" he asked out of curiosity just like a little child who was listening to a bedtime story."Behave, uncle!" I said teasingly to which he said "Hey! Why are your ears red?"  "Blushing?" he added "Me? blushing? That too for a confession? no way" I replied hiding all my feelings.

Before we talk we again heard a knock and recieved our food.We enjoyed our food without uttering a word.

"Say na" He said after completing our dinner,the same servant came and took the plates from us,,to which I nodded.

"May be or may not be" she said,I uttered "What?" he almost exclaimed what does she mean by "May be and May not be?" and I just looked at him.He stopped talking as a gessture to make me continue narrating

FLASHBACK:

I got irritated by her answer,Idon't know if i was afraid or insecure about myself but anger raged in me I  didn't utter a word while she was talking with hesitation.For the very first time I talked with someone for an hour with the dumbest conversation.

"Why don't you just answer me clearly?" I said in a bit serious tone and she hung-up.I was completely clueless by what she has done.So I dailed her number and after 5 phone calls finally someone did lift the phone call

"Hello!" I said in vexation to which "Tinku is having dinner,beta.I'll tell her to call you once she completed eating her food." her mother said and hung the call up.

I left that matter that day.When the next day I saw she didn't even glare at me.I found it a bit suspiciousand went to her to intiate a conversation,but failed because the bell rang and the break completed,she went into her classroom and so did I helplessly. But one thing I observed was she looked pale with her hand red.

Days passed we didn't talk for weeks together, but I got to know a few things about her through Tanishk when we were having some random conversations

We completed our 8th standard and I was with you during my holidays when I got a call from her. I lifted the call with excitement we both talked for hours together. But didn't bring up the confession. I thought that was not the correct time to ask her or ruin our friendship.

I changed to a hostel and I got no chance to talk to her then one day I saw a roommate of mine teasing her by commenting on her. Which made my anger go to another extent which made a punch to be landed on his lower jaw and flew on to the ground and when he got up and bet me on the face his ring cut my lips and as a result, blood started flowing down my lips at the corner and when I gave a punch on his nose, blood started flowing down his nose as if it's water coming out of the dam.Few of my friends reached me and with that, he left there

The next day when I was walking on the road to the ground to play basketball I saw her crying, sitting on a bench near.I had a weird feeling seeing her that way so I just went to her and gave a hand kerchief from my pocket to wipe her tears.

She lifted her head slowly when she noticed someone is infront of her,firstly she flinched knowing someone near her but felt assured seeing me.It's damn visible in her eyes.The eyes that carried tears looked at with hope and that's when I realised that she felt secured around me
