She was the second daughter of Lord Edmund Grey, Duke of Suffolk Territory and Lady Georgina Spencer and she was born in 2260.

Lord Edmund Grey was a direct descendant of Lord Reynolds Grey and his son, Lord Edward married and his son, was Lord John Grey, who married Lady Elizabeth Woodville, and his son, Lord Anthony Christopher Grey, but Lord Edmund Grey's great-great-grandfather, Lord Richard Grey, and he married Lady Eleanor Butler and they had a son, Lord Richard born in 2165, and he grew up with Lord Frederick William Howard and his son, Lord Thomas Grey and his son was Lord Edmund Grey who married Lady Georgina Spencer and they had three daughters, Lady Catherine Georgina Grey, born in 2255, Lady Mary Henrietta Grey, born in 2260, and Lady Edmee Andrea Grey, born in 2265.

Lady Catherine Grey would one day inherit the Dukedom of Suffolk Territory in time from her father, but it left Lord Edmund with two other daughters to find husbands for and he turns to Lord Patrick William Howard grandson and great-great-grandson, Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord Thomas William Howard, Duke of Northumberland Territory for his two younger daughters.

Lord Patrick William Howard along with many others fled Pre World War three Planet Earth from Europe on April 30, 2153, but not before they traveled by foot to the Battle of Bosworth field to pay their final respects to their esteemed ancestors that died during the War of Roses.

A few days later they would all meet each other and they would board The USS Excalibur and set off for their four and half year journey to Star Base 12, and one day the world they knew was no more

But, Lord Patrick William Howard would not let anyone give up, and he helped everyone rebuild their lives on Star Base 12, and Lord Richard Grey chose the south-east Territory on Star Base 12 and he named his Dukedom and Territory -"The Dukedom of Suffolk Territory."

With his Duchess, they had two children, Lord Anthony and Lady Elizabeth Grey, and through his son, he became the great-great-grandfather of Lord Edmund Grey and the great-great-great-grandfather to Lady Catherine, Lady Mary Henrietta and Lady Edmee Andrea Grey.
