It was around September when you first met. For some reason you didn't get each other's contact numbers. You just had to be there, at the rooftop, at the same time as always - watching a movie, sharing a snack, talking for hours, or just sitting in silence. There were nights either one of you couldn't make it but you understood.

Now it's a random night in December. Both of you held each other's hands at the same time. You leaned towards each other, but stopped after your faces are now mere inches apart. At that moment the two of you realized this is more than what you bargained for.

Maybe, just maybe, that the universe decided to bring you together at the right place. But unfortunately, at the wrong time.
