THE CHASE

But just then I heard a loud voice and it took a minute to understand what was happening , they were firing!! ,I tried opening my eyes but Arnay increased the speed more so I couldnt and immediately he took a turn maybe in a narrow lane because I was not able to hear the sound of cars of firing , it had stopped .

its over for now he said and stopped the bike , and helped me to get down that made me realize we were in front of a hospital

When I looked at it there was a scratch on my right forearm of about five to six cm but the bleeding had stopped maybe I got it in the garage but I was scared as a hell to notice or feel any pain . We went inside and he asked the receptionist the room no

And I was going to ask him about all this just then I felt him coming closer ,I didnt knew how to react , I thought maybe he was going to say something but then he collapsed with his head on my shoulder, I grabbed his arm to realize that there was something watery on his right arm , it was blood and it got unnoticed because of his black jacket ,I called for help and immediately a doctor who was on round came as soon as he saw his arm he said

there is a bullet in his arm , we have to remove it immediately

They took him away and I was left there , I immediately called both of our parents and my tears were not stopping , meanwhile a nurse came and asked me to get my wound dressed , I agreed

Our parents came to the hospital and I told him everything , meanwhile even the doctor came and told us

its all ok, dont worry, but I had to inform the police so they are coming and you have to answer them

We went inside the room ,Arnay was sitting with his right arm dressed and supported with a sling that hung around his neck. As soon as aunty saw him she started crying and went straight to him .

the lawyer under whom am working as an intern is dealing with a case ,in which something seemed fishy so he asked me to investigate on it and we got some proof ,against a person but somehow they got to know about it, earlier when I saw a man following me it felt nothing dangerous but then I could see him everywhere I went , I was sure they were keeping an eye on me to attack on right time to get the evidence. arnay explained

Everything was taken care off even doctors discharged Arnay because there was no complications but it would take a while to completely heal , so he had to be careful , but I didnt get a chance to speak to him , and when I looked at him he also wanted to talk to me , but we had to go to our respective homes.
