Back in 2020 when I was 13 (the time where I had Wattpad already) I had bad thoughts and of course was guilty of the stubborn stuff I did in the past.... Then one time where I was alone in the closet I saw a belt...

This belt I used... I used it to choke myself to it... and then I backed out cuz I was like "what would mom think of it?"

Till this day it still haunts me... I tried to open it to you guys but... I was scared that y'all might think it's fake but it's true... another time where after school where I had the thought to h**g myself using a jump rope but then I backed out... and during PE class I had the thought to overd**se myself using my personal medicine or known as: ferrous sulfate (or sulphate) is a type of iron that's used as a medicine to treat and prevent iron deficiency anaemia... then I took 3! So far... nothing happened... and lastly when I was grade 9, every time I go to the bathroom I sometimes c*t myself using scissors... whenever someone sees it I say: "I tripped at the fence"

As an Overcomer of suicidal tendencies... I'd like to thank God and my parents cuz I was able to move on from my past. I've been taking therapy recently. The fact that SOME of my classmates, most of my church mates, my mom and dad knows I have those thoughts... and I'm glad I was able to open up cuz it's a sign that I'm getting mentally mature

Autistic people can also have those thoughts cuz they have a hard time processing their emotions or maybe they felt misunderstood due to the way they function. Even people with mental health disorders can have those thoughts! So please be patient with them!

So here are my advice to people who are going through suicidal ideations:

1. Ask your loved ones if they're okay, you'll never know if they're planning to end their lives

2. Be there for them, suicidal people can mask themselves in different ways. Whether they're annoying, mad, or etc.

3. Love them! Cherish them like your friend or family!

4. Check on them! A simple message/text or will do!

5. Listen to them

6. Comfort them, sometimes advices aren't helpful to them. Just comfort them

If I missed something then don't mind to comment! I want to know more of mental health cuz I really wanna be a therapist one day 😭👍🏻
