Did you hear that, Sid? There's a man in the woods.

I dont know

Ignore how White Raisin is not named Sid, and she is not anywhere near the woods

----

"There's someone in my mirror,"

Pure Vanilla looked up, White Raisin stood at the door, and one of her Pomegranate Robins was resting in her arms as she preened its feathers. Black Raisin shifted in her sleep next to him, he gently shushed her as he got up.

White Raisin stayed quiet as Pure Vanilla knelt next to her, she leaned into his arms as he took her into them. Closer now, he could see the telltale signs of a lack of sleep across her face. The Pomegranate Robin flapped its wings and landed on Pure Vanilla's head as he scooped White Raisin up.

"Can I sleep here... I don't wanna be alone,"

"Alright, would you like me to take a look at your mirror later?"

White Raisin seemed to think for a moment, before shaking her head and leaning further into her father's arms as he carried her back to the bed. She curled into a ball, the Pomegranate Robin transferring itself back from his head to hers. He pulled a blanket over her as he laid back down, only going back to sleep once he was sure White Raisin had fallen as well.

~~~
White Raisin stood in front of her mirror, staring into her eyes no one was there, not anymore. But she knew someone had been there last night, whispering and mumbling things that she couldn't hear. Two eyes that were different shades of blue opened when she moved, the whispering was targeted now, filling her ears.
She had run to Strawberry Crepe's room, but they weren't there, so she ran to her parent's room.
It was the next morning, Black Raisin had come to check out the mirror, but found nothing off, opting to cover it with a blanket at White Raisin's prompting.
She had pulled it off to stare at it, testing the person to show back up, to try to speak to her and fail. And fail. And fail.
The sun was going down by the time she snapped out of her trance, throwing the blanket back over the mirror before she left the room to get dinner. Pure Vanilla wasn't there, having something come up that he had to deal with.
Dinner was delicious, as it always was.
~~~

White Raisin put a glass of water on her bedside table before climbing into bed, if Black Raisin came by to say goodnight, she was already asleep. Dreaming of running through fields of flowers with her Pomegranate Robin's flying all around her. It was light. It was peaceful.

It was ruined by something forcing her back to the waking world, her mirror was still covered. Her window was empty, her glass of water was as well. So, what was wrong?

... The whispers were back, even while covered. The person in her mirror was still whispering. White Raisin leaned up in her bed, covering her ears with her hands, willing the whispering to stop. It didn't, the pressure in her ears grew tenfold as she dug her fingers into her hair.

"SHUT UP!"

Her voice cracked as she stumbled to the edge of her bed and stared at the mirror, the whispering subsided. Her ears rung, all she could hear for a moment was her own heartbeat. Before she heard footsteps. White Raisin looked over to her door as it was swung open, her mother stood there, visibly panicked.

"Are you okay- Oh- sweetheart!"

She rushed over, Strawberry Crepe sleepily followed in after her, rubbing their eyes. White Raisin sniffled, wiping away tears she didn't realize she had started crying. She felt Black Raisin hold her her hand, Strawberry Crepe crawled onto her bed.
