Nobody's POV Everyone started coming down the stairs one by one. Tim was in the kitchen cooking breakfast for everyone. He was cooking pancakes and eggs. Jayden was the first one to come down, Morning buddy, Tim says. Morning, Jayden says with a smile. How do you like being here so far, Tim says. I love it and I get to stay with Lucy too, Jayden says with a smile. You really like Lucy huh, he says. Yea I love Lucy she's really nice and fun and she helps me when I have nightmares, and I get to stay with Lucy forever, he says with a big smile. Lucy's a great person buddy you'll love staying with her, Tim says with a smile. Soon everyone else comes down and everyone starts eating breakfast. Where's Aunt Lucy and Aunt Angela, Leah says. They might be sleep still I'll go check, Nyla says as she head upstairs. Nyla knocks on the door but nobody opens it so she opens it quietly just in case they're asleep. She smiles at the sight of them so comfortable and she takes a picture of them before she leaves closing the door. Once she gets downstairs she sits back beside Leah, they are so gonna end up together, she says why laughing. Why do you say that, Aaron asks. Nyla sent the photo to their group chat, check your phones, she says. Everyone looks at their phones, They are so cute, Luna says. Id be surprised if they weren't already together, Celina says. Right, Bailey says. Looks like Lucy's been crying though, Isabel says. Yea it does, Nolan says. She must of told Angela, Grey says. Let's hope she tells us soon, Bailey says. Yea, everyone else says.
About an hour later Lucy and Angela come down stairs. Morning, they say. Morning, they respond. Sleep good, Tim asks. Amazing, Lucy says, pretty good, Angela says. Which makes everyone laugh and Angela and Lucy just look at each other with a confused look. Lucy can I talk to you, Tim says. Sure, Lucy says confused. Lucy and Tim head into the kitchen while everyone else is in the living room looking at them being nosy. So I talked to Jayden, Tim says. Mhm, Lucy says while getting her some water. He said he was staying with you forever and you didn't think to tell me, Tim says. To my defense we only decided on it yesterday, we talked and turns out he does have any other relatives so I explain foster care to him or I told him he could stay with me if he wanted and he chose to stay with me so I'm gonna foster him, Lucy says. Why won't you just adopt him then, Tim asks. Because I want him to get to know me and his parents just died I don't wanna feel like I'm just replacing them, Lucy says. Well from what he told me he already loves you, Tim says laughing. Really, Lucy says with a smile. Yea he said those exact words, but he's been through a lot he deserves a happy house hold and you'll give it too him congrats, Tim says pulling Lucy into a hug. Thanks and only you and Luna know as of right know, Lucy says hugging him back. Alright come on they're being nosy, Tim says as they walk back over to the group. What happened Tim isn't a hug person, Angela asks. Nothing everything's fine, Lucy says laughing. So what are we doing today, Nolan asks. I don't know about you guys but I'm gonna take Jayden to get some clothes because he does have anything here, Lucy says. Mind if I tag along I wanna buy me a new dress, Angela says. More the merrier, Lucy says. Everyone else says they'll tag along because they also want new clothes. We're watching movies all night with everyone so don't think you're going to sleep, Luna says as everyone heads to their rooms to change. Yes ma'ma they say laughing.
Lucy POV As me and Jayden are shopping for him some stuff he's hesitated to get some things. Hey buddy you can get what ever you want okay don't be scared to ask, I say. And that's all he needed before he got everything he asked for. It was nice to see him with a big smile on his face after everything he went through. He got a good bit of clothes some new shoes and a few toys. I also got some stuff for his hair since he has curly hair it was gonna need to be taken care of good.
After everyone got done shopping they got in the pool for a bit then settled down for the movie. They had pizza, chips, popcorn, juice, soda, and water at the table so they could snack on during the movie. Everyone one was seated by their spouse with their kids. Me and Angela were beside each other and Jayden was had his head laying down on my lap. Everyone had got a cover to cover up with because it was cold in the living room. We were watching Inside Out 2 and it was really good. Me and Angela were sharing a cover and we were really close to each other which I didn't mind. Our hands kept touching and soon we hand out hands interlocked with each others. Once we interlocked hands we looked at each other and smiled. Soon Jayden fell asleep on my lap and all the other kids right along with him. I laid my head on Angela shoulder and slowly drifted off to sleep. She took her free hand and ran it through my hair. Turns out everyone fell asleep on the couch tonight surprisingly.
