Neharika's POV

I turned just to see Aryamaan. I frowned looking at him saying "You're not having dinner?" he shook his head and I asked him again "Then who will be having dinner with Vehant ji? It will not look good. He came to our home for the first time after Ryan's marriage." he looked at me without blinking saying "Ayush and Ryan are having their dinner and I have no mood to eat after that drama."

Oh he must be feeling bad about Mihika so understanding him I just nodded my head. I went to washroom, after freshening up I was about to sleep when I heard "Take medicines before sleeping."

I looked at him asking "Medicines? For what?" He said looking at me "You fainted and I called Dr. Manish, he said that was because of stress and you might have got fever. I told him that you wrenched in rain so he gave some medicines, take that before sleeping."

I nodded and read all the list of medicines, they were not so many but only 2 pills. After taking those I laid on bed saying "Whenever you will sleep, turn off the lights." He nodded, he was working.

In just 5 minutes he turned off the lights and laid on bed but looking at me, I could feel his gaze on me. I slowly opened my eyes looking at him surprised because he always lays showing me his back. Our eyes were looking at each other but I was the one who broke the eye contact and was about to turn when he said "Why did you not tell me?"

I stopped on my track and turned asking "What?" He said coming little close to me "About Mihika's behavior towards you." Oh he is asking about that, I shrugged my shoulder saying "There was nothing to say about her." I turned totally.

He said "Are you thinking seriously about Ryan's words about divorce?" Why does he even care? If I'm thinking or not? Why is he even asking me about that? He was being close with me because of Mihika, now it's over. We have to go back to normal.

I said without any thought "I don't know." he grabbed my shoulder and turned me facing him making me startled by his sudden touch saying "What is there that you don't know? There is nothing to think about Neharika. It's a no, right?" I looked at him blankly.

"I don't know, I really don't know right now that I want divorce or not." I said honestly, I was confused. "You don't know means you're thinking about divorce Neharika?" I shook my head saying "No, I'm not thinking about anything."

He shook his head and was about to say something but I beat him in that asking, looking at him "Are you okay?" He looked at me confused saying "Huh?" I asked him "Are you okay after knowing about Mihika? You always loved her but after so many years got to know that she cheated on you?"

Hearing me he stiffed on his place and said "I got to know this in Delhi itself so I am okay." I nodded saying "You got to know about Mihika that day when you were seating on bench in the middle of road, right?" He looked at me with wide eyes saying "How do you know?"

I said shrugging my shoulder and turning saying "You were worried and was thinking deep, suddenly you told me that we are leaving tomorrow so it must be that day. That's why you were disturbed?" He didn't say anything and when I thought he won't reply, he said "Yes, I was disturbed because of her. I thought I loved her for all these years but she wasn't even able to stay loyal to me in those special 4 years of relationship."

I gulped closing my eyes controlling my tears saying "You must have felt hurt?" he nodded saying "Face me, I want to talk with you." I slowly turned looking at him saying "Huh? With me?" he nodded saying "Yes, with you." I nodded and looked at him controlling my tears threatening them.

"I was beyond hurt Neharika, I obviously didn't expect her to stay as loyal as me but at least in those years. Another shock was, I got to know that she was in relationship with me for money and I said her that I will marry her, we needed to elope that time but she refused me giving a big lecture about family and all. I thought she really cared about my family but the reality was she got to know that they won't give me a single penny if I elope."
