According to Avery, who told Jameson, who definitely told me, (Why would you even start to consider the I had a hidden microphone), Grandfather was the one who chose our middle names. Can't say I'm surprised.

This puzzle has been in motion for twenty years or so.

That feels so wrong.

Right now, I was debating how long I could sneak away. The Proprietor would have probably found out about Katharine by now.

However, it was a nine hour flight to London. I couldn't leave my siblings here alone. Look at what happened last time.

To be fair, even when I'm here, they're still really reckless.

In three hours or so, Jameson is going to sneak out with Avery and go to the racetrack. I have half a mind to join, but I'm not going to ruin a Javery moment.

That's what their ship name is, by the way.

Look. I feel bad for Grayson. I know he's probably falling for her, and Jameson is too. The thing is, Grayson and Avery just don't exactly... match.

They do, but don't.

I'm making no sense.

Well, I didn't think I could sneak out to London.

No stirring up trouble.

Unless...

What if I stirred up trouble here?

That would be fun.

Let's see. What big social event have I gotten invited to in the past few days?

Actually, scratch that. What can I use as an excuse to go and be seen by the paparazzi?

Shopping.

-----------------------------------

I parked the limo, knowing that soon, paparazzi would have gathered.

I really want a chauffeur.

Look, I can drive myself and all, but do you know how hard it is to make a dramatic exit of a car when you're the one driving it?

Very hard.

Now, you might be wondering: Which store did I go to shop?

The answer is:

Home Depot.

Technically, buying something at Home Depot counts as shopping. (Though when someone says shopping, I think of the mall.)

Also, I'll buy something here, then go over to the piano store nearby.

I went over to the plant section. I had absolutely no green thumb, but maybe Nan did?

Probably not, but it would look weird if I bought nothing.

Peas, cucumbers, eggplants, more peas, carrots, even more peas-

Why were there so many varieties of peas?

I ended up picking up a few random packets, along with a live plant that I thought looked pretty.

I also got some lightbulbs. Xander always complains about how he never has normal lightbulbs for his projects.

After paying, I unceremoniously dumped it all in the back of my car. Except for the plant. I unceremoniously placed that one.

No paparazzi yet. Piano store time.

Deciding that it would be stupid to drive to the piano store (It was two hundred feet away), I walked over. Entering the piano store, I noticed it was pretty empty.
