As we continued our journey north, avoiding the direction where the helicopter went which is south. The landscape changed from urban chaos to a mix of deserted roads and abandoned vehicles. The sky above was a dull gray, heavy with the threat of rain, and the air carried a faint scent of smoke and decay. The distant groans of zombies occasionally reached our ears, a reminder of the dangers lurking nearby.

"Oh no," Victor exclaimed as we approached a sea of cars inching along the road. The traffic jam stretched for miles, a testament to the chaos that had unfolded.

"It looks like everyone tried to flee the city at once," I remarked, scanning the deserted vehicles for any signs of life.

"What's our plan now?" Alex asked from the back seat, his voice tinged with concern.

“Hey, this is a good opportunity for us. These guys packed their things up, taking only the important things. If we go look at their belongings we might be able to find something useful” King suggested

“But… wouldn't that be stealing?“ Zack voice his concerns feeling guilty

“You really still stick to the law huh? Are you planning to be a police?“ King retorted sharply

“Stop it, you two.“ Alex interjected, trying to defuse the tension. "King has a point. We need to adapt to survive."

Victor added his thoughts, "Staying here too long is risky. We need to move fast before the undead catch up."

We now have the gears to fight them off, but using guns will only draw more unnecessary attentions. However, if zombies did came and ended us being killed. I can just go back in time and fix it.

“Let's what he said, however we'll do it as fas as we can. Tell the others about this, Alex.“

“Alright” he said

We were armed and ready to defend ourselves if needed, but using firearms would attract unwanted attention. However, I knew that if things went south and we were overwhelmed, I could always turn back time to set things right.

"Let's follow King's suggestion, but let's be quick about it," I decided. "Alex, inform the others."

"Got it," Alex nodded, reaching for his communication device to relay the plan.

Alex approached the pick-up truck, finding Elena already anxious. "What's the holdup?" she asked, concern etched in her voice.

"It's the traffic. We're taking a moment to scavenge for supplies," Alex explained calmly.

"What? Here? But it's too dangerous!" Elena exclaimed, her worry escalating.

Victor stepped in, sensing the tension. "I'll handle this," he assured Alex.

"Okay…" Alex agreed, nodding as he approach the car.

Elena turned to Victor, her urgency apparent. "Can't we just keep moving? This area isn't safe! We'll be overrun by those things any minute!"

Victor took a deep breath, trying to ease her fears. "Elena, honey. We're a group of twelve people, and our supplies won't last long. We have to take this chance to gather whatever we can. It's a risk we have to take."

"But this is too risky! Can we just find another place with food? A convenience store or something?" Elena suggested, desperation creeping into her voice.

"We can't be sure of that," Victor countered gently. "This might be our best opportunity. We have to take the risk."

"Fine," Elena relented, though her unease was still evident.

Approaching the traffic with Luana, Amy, and Elise, Alex listened to their concerns. "Are we really going to search for supplies here? Can't we find another place?" Elise's worry was evident on her face.
