" They've begun to move strangely."

In an unknown place, a smooth male voice resounded.

A giant room lit with only torches from columns, 10 figures gathered around a table. In the center of the table was a lamp.

Their faces were covered in shadow.

" How so?", A regal voice came from a shadow. The shadow twisted its mustache. " and by them you mean...the N.J.S.?"

The shadow, the owner of the smooth voice, nodded from across the table.

" Yes, from our surveillance, they seem to be recruiting an adventurer. And no cursed energy was sentenced from them."

" an adventurer...?" a seductive feminine voice asked

The feminine voice continues " Are they a man by chance?"

" Shut up, woman." the regal voice admonished.

The feminine voice scuffs.

" How dare you?!! I'm a goddess you old man! Show some respect!"

The two started bickering. The other shadows did nothing but watch. The shadows didn't mind them as they always had such arguments.

Until...

"what's more important...is why?"

A voice of reason came in to quell the argument. One of the shadows stepped forth towards the table.

The light from the lamp revealed the shadow's face.

A masked figure could now be seen in the dim lighting. The red and black mask matched their attire with red gauntlets and boots all with a black robe.

" Now as I was saying... the N.J.S. never did something like this."

" Then why now? Have they caught onto our real plan?", the old man answered.

" It doesn't matter." The goddess exclaimed. " we will end them all soon."

In the background, some shadows laughed.

Bang!

The table cracked in half.

" don't be so sure if you're self woman." the old man proclaimed. "I will have the glory when this all ends."
