Grabe na yung pinagdaanan namin kanina pero wala paring kupas yung pagkamalibog ni Cruise. Parang may plano pa siyang totohanin yung 'aamuyin niya raw yung kiffy ko'.

Dumeretso kami sa company niya dahil hindi pa raw maiimbistigahan kaagad ang mga nahuli nila dahil wala pa silang malay. Their wounds need to be treated first before they can be investigated. And I don't know what's actually inside the envelope that they were fighting over.

I don't know why I'm nervous as we walk into the boardroom, a room specifically designed for meetings of a company's board of directors or other high-level decision-making groups.

It's been over seven years since I last stepped foot in this room. I sit in the chair next to him, and all the board members turn to look at me. There's an empty chair in front of me, and the door opens again, revealing a woman with eyebrows that seem to stretch five feet across her face.

Pakiramdam ko tumaas ng limang metro ang kilay ko nang hinaplos niya ang braso ni Cruise pagkatapos niyang sabihin 'yon.

They call Cruise chairman here, and she has the nerve to call my husband "captain"! Good thing Cruise pulled her arm away and ignored her, because if he hadn't, I would have slammed both of them against the glass table where we were facing each other.

"Everyone! I would like to introduce my wife, and I want you to respect and treat her the same way you treat me. Even I was shocked when he introduced me to everyone. I thought I was just attending the meeting today. But Beatrice's face turned pale in front of me and she gaped. I stood up and bowed to them all.
