Thanks to recommendations by both Oliver and John, Luke was able to join Blackhawks alongside Dig, who Oliver had willingly let go, since Diggle didn't know that he was providing Oliver with another set of eyes inside Blackhawk, though Luke would be his primary man inside.

Though first Luke had had to pass his initiation, though that was pretty easy for him, since it was all basic military skills, testing his marksmanship, tactical skills and combat skills to make sure he was up to the task, which Luke had passed with flying colors.

"Alright boys, welcome to the team. Let's meet your new coworkers." Ted said as he led Luke and John into one of the break rooms to meet their new coworkers.

"Can't wait." John said, since unlike Luke, he had no idea what Blackhawk was a front for. But he would soon. And Luke was looking forward to taking Gaynor and his thugs down. Especially after he saw the looks he and John had both been getting from some of these guys. Especially one of them in the room right now.

"John Diggle, Luke Fox, meet the rest of my team. Paul Knox, Cavanaugh, Blake and my second in command, Russell Tavaroff." Ted said, Tavaroff being the one to give Luke and John dirty looks. But John wasn't focusing on Tavaroff.

"Are you sure Knox is a good idea?" John asked, since Knox had been a shifty character back in the army.

"People change John. I gave Knox a second chance. Everyone deserves one after all. Besides, Paul has the skills required for this line of work, something that isn't exactly in large demand, since most guys with the experience needed are either still overseas or wasting their skills in the police force. Or in Queen's case, not even using them at all." Gaynor said and Luke had to resist the urge to roll his eyes at that, since Oliver was putting his skills to use in a much more effective way than Gaynor was.

"I guess." John said as Luke looked around.

"I have to admit Ted, it looks like you're already pretty well staffed." Luke said, since between the agents, the tech and the firepower, it was clear that Blackhawk was pretty well armed to the teeth.

"I have people who owe me the right favors to help out." Ted said, unaware that he was being watched by more than just Luke.

"Got the signal from your glasses loud and clear Luke." Oliver said from the Barracks, since Luke's glasses had an undetectable camera, tech created by Wayne Enterprises, to watch the meeting.

"Damn, real life spy glasses. Never thought I'd see the day." Laurel said, honestly amused by that and Oliver chuckled.

"As cheesy as it is, this kind of stuff works. And it allows us to keep tabs on Gaynor without tipping him off." Oliver said.

"Argus employs similar devices for the same uses, though I doubt that we will be using their help as long as Amanda Waller is in charge." Tatsu said, since it was just the three of them in the Barracks right now, since Luke was in Blackhawk and Abby was out of town dealing with a personal matter that she hadn't said much about, only that it was urgent and couldn't wait.

"Considering the fact that neither of us can be in the room with Waller without wanting to put either an arrow or a sword through her heart, no, we won't. As long as Waller's in charge, I can't say that Argus will ever truly be trustworthy." Oliver said.

"I'm surprised she's still in charge considering all the stuff you've told me she's done." Laurel said.

"Waller has always been good at covering her tracks, making sure nothing can be traced back to her and sadly killing her would only make her a martyr. But her luck will run out eventually and I look forward to being there when it does." Tatsu said, since she still blamed Waller for what had happened to her husband and son.

"You and me both." Oliver agreed before returning their attention to the mission.

"Wait, check out some of those ordinances." Laurel said as Oliver, who was manning the computers in Luke's absence, enhanced.

"That's not standard issue gear for private security. In fact, I think that most of that stuff is illegal to have outside of the legitimate military. I think that not even our armory has some of that stuff." Oliver said.

"At least there aren't any nuclear missiles." Laurel said, trying to find a bright side.

"Still, that's enough firepower to level this entire city in the wrong hands and Gaynor is definitely the wrong hands." Oliver said.

"Should we send this to the cops?" Tatsu asked.

"Based on what proof? Besides, that isn't what we sent Luke in to find. We need to bust Gaynor and his unit in action." Oliver said and both Laurel and Tatsu both nodded.
