Nightmare started to notice Cross's behavior. He always left the castle without his permission, it got Nightmare curious. So, he started to looking out on Cross.

By the time when Cross awkwardly at his teammates after his mission and left the castle without any reason, he took this opportunity. Nightmare teleported at his location and hide behind the building from noticing. His one turquoise eye looking at him, seeing standing as if he was waiting for someone.

Waiting for few minutes, someone appeared behind Cross and scared him, "MOOOOO!!"

Cross screamed and jumped on the other's body. He glared at his best friend. Feeling his heart racing rapidly, he scolded him. "Not funny dude! You know I am totally scare of cows!"

"Sorry, bruh but I couldn't help myself!" His friend laughed. "You should see your face, bruh!"

Nightmare who was still hiding at his spot, his eye started to sparkle. Feeling his darkest soul that was filled with nothing started to beat up in rhythm. He didn't even realize his face started to cover with a hint of turquoise blush. Looking away from that skeleton, he clenched his shirt. He felt... Odd.

He, the king of nightmare and fear, having a new feeling to that dumb, weird skeleton, yet... There is something off with Cross's little buddy. There is no words to describe him or even explain this feeling.

But he knew, this feeling is love, loving to that skeleton he saw. He barely knew him, yet he wanted to learn him more and more. Nightmare looked back at Cross's friend, listened their conversation and watched them play.

Time had passed, the two friends had to end their time to go home. Cross was hoping his boss didn't find out his secret, alas, Nightmare saw everything, even every single words from that little weird skeleton.

He wanted him, no he needs him.

He needs that skeleton to make him his, his love, his everything! He will not let Cross's little friend leave. And he will make sure of it.

As it was the lovely sunny day, Epic was having a lovely stroll in his AU, seeing all his friends, his family even himself as a girlboss, talking about to the odd karen? That didn't matter to him anyways, all he wants was to have a peaceful day with his big massive Toby.

He was riding on his white, fluffy dog resting his body against its fur until he started to ran in a horrifying speed, causing Epic instantly gripped the back in time. He screamed with panic. "Toby! Toby! My dog bruh! Where are you running from!!"

Toby only barked until he stopped, sending the poor Epic flew off from his back and slammed his whole body into a tree.

Face planted on the soft ground, he let out a grunted. He felt his mind went dazed, but it eventually fading away within few minutes. His heterochromia eyes widened to see a beautiful, naive skeleton was reading a novel against the tree.

Epic never seen this skeleton before. He was wearing a turquoise hoodie, and underneath was black shirt. He wear a long black pants and black fancy shones. He looks pretty fancy, he wondered what AU he actually live.
