Silvius first noticed something was off when he started to feel eyes on him constantly, always glancing around to find who was watching him yet to no avail. However, even though he couldn't see who it was, he already had his suspicions.

Mainly one Jian Da.

He could tell that Jian didn't trust him one bit, and the feeling was mutual. This hatred only intensified when Silvius got home that day to find out that someone had been in his room. He could tell by the way that some things were shifted so subtlety that others wouldn't have been able to see it, but he was. As he felt his teeth start to grind, his yellow eyes flaring, he could only assume that his reservations were correct.

But he had to be calm.

For (Y/N), he had to be calm.

Breathing in deeply, trying to calm his anger, he jolted when he felt his phone buzz in his pocket, pulling it out to see that (Y/N) had texted him. Feeling a bit of ecstasy shoot through him, he clicked on the text and read what she had wrote him.

▂▂▂▂▂▂

𝐲/𝐧: hey... silvius
𝐲/𝐧: just texting you to make sure that you have your art project done—since our projects are going to be presented together, Mr. Möller wants to know

▂▂▂▂▂▂

Silvius couldn't help but feel delighted knowing that (Y/N) had texted him, especially after what had happened the last time they interacted with him practically spilling his entire feelings for her. Pulling up the keyboard, he made sure to reply quickly.

▂▂▂▂▂▂

— 𝟒:𝟒𝟓 𝐩.𝐦. —

𝐦𝐞: yeah
𝐦𝐞: project's done

𝐲/𝐧: cool
𝐲/𝐧: ttyl, bye

▂▂▂▂▂▂

Fuck...

Running a hand through his hair, the silvery color catching in the sun's light that streamed through his window, he threw his phone down on his bed and collapsed onto his chair, biting the nail of his thumb in an agitated manner as he stared at the wall opposite him. It was obvious enough to anyone that (Y/N) was avoiding him, and he hated the fact in itself. It was all because he let his true emotions show. Just as he was about to resign himself to his usual activities, he jumped up when his phone buzzed again, knowing that it was (Y/N).

His heart only fell, though.

▂▂▂▂▂▂

— 𝟒:𝟒𝟖 𝐩.𝐦. —

𝐲/𝐧: hey, Jian, u still coming to my art show tmmr night?
𝐲/𝐧: u said u want to go, right? It's from 600 to 800, so if u don't want to, it's fine

▂▂▂▂▂▂

She's texting... that bastard?

Over me?

Silvius could feel his breathing start to shallow out the longer he stared at the text, his eyes also starting to blur until another text came in.

▂▂▂▂▂▂

— 𝟒:𝟒𝟗 𝐩.𝐦. —

𝐲/𝐧: srry Silvius! That was meant for Jian!

𝐦𝐞: it's fine

▂▂▂▂▂▂

It wasn't fine.

He wasn't fine.

Letting out a breath, Silvius knew that just like Roselle and Valen, Jian was another problem that he had to take care of. Assuming that Jian had a reason for wanting to go to the art show besides his obsession with (Y/N), Silvius knew that whatever evidence the other boy had taken through photos or other means would no doubt be shown to her.

He had to stop that.

Already, she was feeling awkward around him due to his sudden confession, so just imagining the look on her face if she saw that she was practically plastered all over the walls of his room made his blood run cold.

Sitting down at his computer, Silvius hacked into the school's database and pulled up its blueprints, his eyes narrowing when finding that there was a lower level basement that had only one door leading in and out. While he was sure that it would be locked, he wasn't bothered since it was quite easy to duplicate a key. What irked him was the thought of having to clean up Jian's body afterwords, having had no need to do so with Roselle's since he had no need to.

He wanted her death publicized.

He wanted the world to know that she had gotten what she deserved after kidnapping (Y/N).

With Jian, Silvius just wanted him to disappear.

"I'll find a way to lure him there..." he muttered under his breath as he started detailing his plan right there in his mind. "And when I do... I will be the last face he ever sees, not (Y/N)'s. Never (Y/N)'s."

As an eery smile started to paint itself across his lips, Silvius didn't realize that someone was watching him through the lenses of a camera that had secretly been set up in his room. After Jian had been able to break in to Silvius' home, Nicolai had used that to his advantage to plant spyware within since he had also felt that there was something off about the boy.

And now he knew.

"Bastard's fucking crazy..." Nicolai laughed to himself in the dark of his room, not wanting to face (Y/N) after she had seen right through him—being little more than a ghost at school due to the fact. "Thinks he can kill Jian before I can..."

As his finger tapped against the chair, he didn't mind the thought that much.

It would give him time.

Much needed time to finish something that he started.

I wonder...

Propping his head up with his hand, he continued to observe Silvius before glancing to the other screens in front of him—one being in his father's office at school, one being in (Y/N)'s room, one being outside Valen's mansion, and others in various places that he knew of that (Y/N) frequented.

He knew everything about her.

Hw was going to make sure that he was the only one who was. Ifthat meant pushing away his desire to slaughter Jian, he would do so if it meant being able to obtain (Y/N). She who was able to see past any facade that he put up, she who was able to slap him back with his bullshit—literally and figuratively—and she who made him feel seen.

Yeah...

There's no one else I want but you, (Y/N).
