The Quirk allows the user the ability to rip off chunks of their hair and explode them like firecrackers. The blasts are strong enough to destroy buildings.
The Bomb Villain can utilize the firecrackers to propel himself forward, similar to how Katsuki Bakugo uses his Explosion Quirk, however much weaker in comparison.
