"Your babies are healthy, just make sure to get a lot of sleep." The pack doctor in the neighboring pack says after giving me the ultrasound pictures.
"I will," I say, placing a hand on my huge baby bump, since I was six months pregnant.
We say goodbye before I leave the room and make my way down the hall, where Ash is waiting for me.
"Here's the pictures of your godsons," I gave him the ultrasound photo since he was going to be the godfather of my children.
"Godsons? You mean twins, two babies?" Ash mumbles, his eyes glued on the ultrasound photos.
"I'm a bit shocked as well, but it seemed that in my last appointment, the other twin was hiding." I sighed, and I understood why my baby bump was huge, I couldn't hide it any longer.
Ash pulled me into a hug, he was shedding a few tears since this was going to be his godsons.
We pulled away, and our happy bubble was shattered when the Alpha of the neighboring pack stepped inside the waiting room.
The neighboring pack was called The Full Moon Pack.
They had a great bond with the moonlight pack, their Alpha was nice, but that didn't mean he liked other wolves stepping into his territory.
"You're not from here, which pack are you from?" The Alpha asks, he's a huge man with scars all over his face, he must be in his early thirties.
"Alpha Dominic." Ash and I bowed our heads in union.
Unlike Damian Reed, Alpha Dominic was more on the hefty side, instead of six packs, he was a pretty huge guy, but not chubby, as muscular and thick would describe him better.
"Damian Reed is your Alpha?" Dominic could easily spot imposters, even if he also ruled a large pack.
"Yes, we are from the moonlight pack. I'm Elliott Carey, I sought assistance from your goodhearted pack doctor who helps single omegas in need." I explained as Dominic's eyes lowered on my big baby bump.
"State your case." Dominic ordered, and luckily we were alone in the waiting room.
"My mate has knocked up another girl. It's dangerous for me to be with him, so I needed to leave." It is all that I explained to him, I didn't want to go into detail.
"Do we have a problem here?" Ash's bodyguard shielded us, he was standing between us and the Alpha of the Full Moon pack.
Dominic grew confused, but once he caught the sight of the symbol on the bodyguard's black suit, he understood that the guard worked for the Alpha king.
If you see a symbol of a wolf's head with a crown on his head, It's the symbol of the Alpha king.
"It's nothing, this Alpha is just asking us questions since we stepped into his territory." Ash assured the bodyguard.
"You're with the Alpha king, Alek Petrov? You must be somebody very important, since this is his personal bodyguard." Dominic changed the topic, he seemed to personally know the Alpha king.
"Do you know Alek?" I asked, it was good if we changed the topic, I didn't want him to find out about Damian and me.
"Yes, I worked for him for a few years and I went to war with him. He's a great friend of mine." The Alpha explains, changing his expression from confusion to admiration.
"But what are you two doing here on such a joyful day for you pack?" Alpha Dominic questions, but I don't understand what he meant.
"What do you mean?"
