"We're alive, we're alive!" Tang cried out after he emerges from the water inside the submarine.

Suddenly, the submarine they were in started to thump and shake, causing the glass to shatter and let the water flow inside from the broken windows.

"Maybe hold that thought?" Mei replied as a fish landed on her head, causing her to fall back into the water.

"Ah-ha-ha, we finally get away from Macaque, and now we get to drown!" Pigsy fumed in frustration and anger.

"It's not water invention friendly!" Sandy exclaimed and hits his head a bit while Mo looked at him in concern.

MK shakes himself slightly and glances at Monkey king, "Monkey king, you have to do something!" His eyes staring at his mentor in panic.

And of course, Wukong brushed it off.

"What? A little water couldn't hurt- oh right! Mortality"

Wukong muttered, he couldn't help but forget that mortality was a thing.. Considering he's been immortal for years- So has Y/N, his babygirl, his pookster, his dear, his sweetheart, his peach, his honey, his sweetie, His—

Suddenly, red beams start to buzz rapidly. Everybody's attention starts going to the flickering red lights from inside the submarine.

"We're actually gonna die"

You mutter to yourself, sweating a bit as you grasp your injured elbow, hissing in pain.

Wukong notices this and quickly rushed to your side, so did MK as they both held you.

"What the hell?" You thought to yourself as your eyes glance over at MK, then at Wukong, who just gave you a smug smirk.

"Uh, what's that?"

"Somrthing big!"

"Everyone, relax! I'm pretty sure it's an old friend of mine ready to come out"

Wukong reassured everybody- Except for you. You weren't convinced, and so was Pigsy. But then, you were suddenly shaken when you saw two pair of big, purple hued eyes coming from the cracked windows.

You gasp as it lets out a loud road, causing you to hold onto MK with your arm

"Hm, yeah, friend might be stretchy—"

...

Everybody gasped as they all were greeted by a magnificent, green, underwater palace. Although, you sigh to yourself, glancing away and moving to the back of the crowd, anxious of what's coming.

"The Dragon Palace of the East Sea!" Mei exclaimed to MK, holding his shoulders with a huge smile. Then, Mei quickly lifted you up, causing you to gasp loudly.

"We're in the Dragon Palace of the East Sea!!"

Mei practically screamed into your ear as she shook you, making you groan and rub your eye slightly.

"Oh, sorry, I forgot"

Mei hugs you lightly and hums— But suddenly, Wukong slid into the conversation and lifted you away from Mei's embrace,

"Yeah, this is sort of my old buddie's house, where I got my staff"

Wukong held you in his embrace instead, causing Mei and MK to glare at him for holding you when they should be the one doing so!

You just sighed and pat Wukong on the back- Which caused his eyes to widen. That was the closest he got to having your affection! And he had his hopes growing higher than his ego!
