The aftermath of Macaque crashing down, and he was kind of sent to the desert. Oh lucky boy.

He was covering his eyes with his arm over them, he looked down and stared at the compass with a blank gaze, not long after, he opened it.

Then, he flashbacked.

Mayor had brought him to the Lady Bone Demon himself, Macaque lets out a loud grunt and fell onto the pavement, getting up and glancing back at the Mayor, who stared back ominously through a portal.

When Macaque tried to reach out for him, he was met by the edge of the gigantic Mech Lady Bone Demon created.

He flinched and coiled back, then he felt a spark. Glancing back behind him, he saw the staff, trapped in powerful ice.

"The staff, the city, you've been busy."

Macaque murmurs softly, looking back at the Lady Bone Demon in mixture of dismay, nervousness, and amusement.

"Tell me, what madness has caused you to forsake your oath? When did you decide to betray me?"

"Listen, Lady Bone Demon—"

"Have you forgotten who I am? WHAT I AM!? I will return you to the moral plague. All in exchange for such a little favor and by the time you came, you'd free me aid in my pursuit of a greater realm, but no, by the first breathe of a new life, you rebelled against your fate."

"So, you want something?"

"And for one more chance of redemption, bting me the Monkie king and his protégé and perhaps you will be worthy of my mercy."

The Lady Bone Demon summons a compass from her hand, handing it over to Macaque who stared in suspicion.

"And this is?"

"A compass, of sorts, no matter where they flee, this will find them"

"Find them"

An eerie voice haunts Macaque.

"Convenient! Alrighty then, they seem to get of a bit of a head way, so-"

A portal opens up below him, shackles rushing in to chain him up to the ground. He grunted and groans, snarling at Lady Bone Demon.

"Ngh-! What is this-?"

"A reminder. It seems you cannot be trust to willingly follow the path of destiny. Know this, if you betray me again, one misstep, one failure, in any way, I will erase the very memory of you."

The Lady Bone Demon's eyes glowed a blue hue, staring down intently at the poor Macaque; whom was held by the Mayor and pinned to the ground, or the summoning writings.

"Now, bring them to me,"

"My champion"

The Lady Bone Demon's voice rang through his ears as his flashback ended. Staring down at the compass and shutting it made him realize that the Lady Bone Demon was not to be trusted, yet he still needed to comply her orders in order to be free. He knew this was no easy task, and he knew there was gonna be at least a single failure.

And let's ditch Macaque for a moment and focus on MK and his group!

As Sun Wukong meditates in the van, Tang and the others were preparing to leave. When Tang carries the stack of books, or struggled, he took a glance at Sun Wukong, who was glowing in his seat. In the air.

"Oo! The Monkey king, he's glowing, that's gotta be a good sign, right?"

Tang asked, glancing back at Pigsy; who seems to be frustrated at The Monkey King being a lazy bitch and not helping them and not training MK enough and leaving MK to do things on his own... Maybe that was a bit too deep- AND he wasn't helping with the heavy luggage.
