"Which is why.. I'm gonna be-" MK pauses for suspension. Y/N just decided to wake up, her eyes blurry and her head dazed. Everyone was waiting, staring at MK in anticipation.. Until-

"The Smart One!"

MK exclaimed, confidence in his voice, a grin on his face- Which caused Y/N's jaw to drop. "Excuse me?" Tang asked in surprised, "Oh, MK..." Mei mumbled, her expression rather sheepish and confusion.

"Smart!?"

Y/N gasped loudly, "Did he bonk his head? Because theres no way he could've said that!" Y/N bickering while Mei snickers under her breath.

"34 - 6⁷ (182 + 90 ÷ 5¹) But that's a triangle, boii!!"

MK exclaimed as he jumped in excitement, only to fall to the floor once more. Practically almost everyone just stared at in him annoyance or in deadpan,

"Riightt.. how does this map work exactly? How does it know where to find the three rings of Samadhi?"

Tang asked, his curiosity peaked. "Y'all still haven't found the path??" Y/N groans softly, "Oh, this sounds like a job for Smartie Kidd!!" MK grins, his confidence riding his dumbness as he quickly rushed to the front seat, where Tang was sitting in, and pushes him out of the way to look at the map.

"Really, Mk? Look, me and Ne Zha used to protect this map, i saw him take a sneak peak of what's inside—"

Wukong's ears perked up,

"WHAT!?!"

Everyone heard his loud exclaim and turned to him, but he was still meditating. So... Everyone shrugged it off.

"Must've been the wind" Y/N shrugged nonchalantly and clears her throat,

"Right, anyways, I got a sneak peak of the map with Ne Zha and this is Chang'es moon, this one is a city but I do remember the name of.. And Bull Demon's castle"

Y/N just explained in the most straightforward way.

"Yeah! I-I was about to say what you just said, Y/N! Clearly, your stealing my spotlight of being the smartie kid! Cmon, we're still young and dumb, give me an exception!"

MK huffed out, glaring at his sister figure. His arms crossing as he straightens his hair.

"It's not my fault your dumb. And besides, I'm just young—"

MK quickly lunges at Y/N, or tries to, but he was held back by Mei and Pigsy.

"Not to rush anyone, but how far til the next pit stop? This desert's been goin' on forever!"

Pigsy asked, tugging his collar as he quietly sat back down in his seat, his body covered in a thin layer of sweat.

"Hm! Well if this map's up to date, then it looks like we're pretty close to... something?"

Everybody groans, including Y/N, but MK wasn't gonna back down from this.

"It's fine, guys! Right, Sandy?" MK cheerfully asked, a huge toothy smile on his face. Sandy quickly changed his expression and tries to reassure him,

"Of course, yeah! Its-" rumble rumble

It kept making grunting and groaning noises, slowing down the van until it came to a full stop.

"Oh, yeah- I mean no..."

Sandy added shortly after the van broke down, his expression sad and sheepish. Turns out the van broke because of the high temperature.
