After the incident at the Château, the five friends found themselves taking refuge inside the Twinkie. John B manned the driver's seat, while Kiara sat shotgun. Frankie, meanwhile, occupied the back with JJ and Pope, her legs draped across JJ's lap. She rested her back against the side of the van, her fingers rhythmically tapping on her lap as she hummed thoughtfully.

"I mean, it's obvious, right? A family heirloom. What better place to hide a message? He had to know it was gonna get back to me, right?" John B concluded, glancing over to Kiara at times to times.

"..Yeah. It's possible." Kiara agreed awkward, trying to give the long hair brunette abit of hope.

"It could also be possible that you're concocting wild theorise to help, you know, deal with your sad feels." Pope jumped in, ruining his hope.

"Bro, you know how I process my sad feels." JJ asked the group rhetorical, "Dank mugs and the stickiest of ickies, that's how i do it."

Frankie chuckled softly, her foot gently prodding against JJ's stomach before straightening out once more. A grin tugged at the corners of her lips as she glanced at him.

"I'm not concocting, okay? My dad's trying to give me a message." John B argues.

"If it helps you believe, John B." Kiara frowned at the boy.

"Look! I-I don't need a therapy session, okay? Look, I'm not trippin' out." John B shook his head.

JJ looked at Frankie placing his hands ontop of her legs that rested over his lap. "It's okay to trip, bro but--"

"Look, my-my dad is missing, okay? Missing. You don't know what it's like to have the person closes to you vanish and then have no idea what happened."

"JB, hear me out. I understand that half of us might not have faced the same situation, but I can relate to your pain in a way. After my parents divorced, I felt like I had lost my father too. Hearing from him only once a month felt like he was gone, didn't really help the fact he got a new family as well...the only time I got to see him was during Christmas holidays. It was hell, especially for...a ten-year-old kid. But you're not alone in this, JB. We may not have it like you have, but we're here for you." As Frankie finished speaking, the group went quiet, their heads lowering, not really focusing on anything specific. JJ, his gaze fixed on Frankie, reached out and took hold of her hand-gently squeezing her fingers in a silent show of support.

John B glanced at the rear staring at Frankie. "..Right Frankie I forgot..sorry.." He apologise.

"It's fine..it's not your fault. Richards just makes it out to be a really good steph dad, he actually is...I'm just his trouble steph daughter." Frankie spoke, reassuring.

"Richard is pretty cool too." Kiara pointed over, looking over her shoulder to stare at Frankie, "Beside your our trouble as well."

"She doesn't cause more trouble than JJ." Pope pointed out.

"Princess..." JJ spoke gaining the girl attention, "I thought you liked your new steph mom and siblings." He teased, causing Frankie to smile.

"Summer and Caspain? Yeah, they are pretty cool. Got nothing bad to say about them anyway." Frankie hummed. JJ was glad he was able to make her smile depsite the conversation.

The campervan came to a halt in front of a set of white fences surrounding Redfield's light house. The five teens leaped out of the Twinkie, standing near the gates to take a good look around their new surroundings.
