Chapter 26

Rose Kingsley

Ten Months Later

"I am so huge, oh my god" Sami says looking at herself in the mirror and I giggle
"You are pregnant, about to give birth any day now" I say, she sighs
"I cant wait to hold him in my arms already" She smiles rubbing her stomach and I smile
"He's going to be a spoiled little boy" I say, she giggles
"I know, but I won't let that get to his head" She says and I nod
"Yeah, I dont want a too spoiled nephew" I say and she rolls her eyes

"Where even is my mate?" She asks and I shrug
"Somewhere off with mines" I say and she sighs
"I'm hungry. Let's go to the kitchen" She says and I follow her downstairs, she pulls out some food and once the smell hits me, the feeling of throwing up hits me too. I cover my mouth running to the bathroom and letting it out
"Rose!" Sami yells and hold my hair up, I flush and wipe my mouth
"I'm okay" I whisper, she looks at me with furrowed brows
"Rose, are you?" She asks not finishing the sentence, I look at her then nod making her smile

"Oh my god, does he know?" She asks and I shake my head
"What? Why?!" She asks, I sigh
"I only found out last week and he's been stressing with Alpha duties and we came here for you and I just dont know when to tell him or how" I say and she sighs
"Rose, you have to tell him. Your scent will change soon and he'll notice then get mad cause you never told him" She says and I sigh
"Okay, I'll tell him tonight. It is our year anniversary, that could be his present" I say, she smiles then her eyes widen holding her stomach

"What?" I ask looking at her with wide eyes
"Nothing, false alarm" She says, I sigh
"Goodness, Steve come out already" I speak to my nephew and Sami giggles
"Ladies we are home!" James yells and Sami goes and hugs her mate, I hug mines
"Where were you two?" I ask, they just smile
"None of your business" Derek says and I pout

"Oh no, not falling for it" He says, I sigh then he kisses my nose
"I missed you" I whisper
"I was gone for four hours" He says and I shrug
"Too long without you" I say, he smiles
"Okay you two stop being adorable with each other" Sami says and I roll my eyes
"Derek" Riley says walking in, I sigh already knowing he has to go
"Riley can it wait?" Derek asks, Riley shakes his head
"We got some rouges that were with Ian ten months ago and swore not to cause trouble or they die" He says, Derek growls

"Babe, go, they need you" I say, he looks down at me, his eyes softening and he sighs
"I promise you and me wont get disturbed tonight" He says, I smile
"Go big bad Alpha" I say, he chuckles then pecks my lips and leaves with Riley in tow, who looks at me mouthing 'sorry' but I just smile.
"Rose. Want to watch two movies with me?" Sami asks, I look at her then she pulls out both Magic Mike movies and I smile
"Fuck, I'm out then" James says, we laugh at him as he kisses his mate then leaves and we take over the couch. We are so into the second movie I don't notice myself drool at the sigh of Channing Tatum stripping

"You never drool for me" Derek says and I wipe my mouth blushing
"Shut up, its Channing Tatum for fucks sakes" Sami says not removing her eyes from the screen and I giggle
"Well, you'll just have to enjoy the rest of that movie later because I need my beautiful mate to go shower and get dressed in whats inside the bag I left on the bed and you to help her in what ever way you girls help each other because I have something planned for us" Derek says, I smile big making my cheeks hurt
"Yay! Lets go Rose!" Sami says, she drags me up the stairs with her then pushes me in the bathroom with a towel to my face

"Hurry up!" She yells, I roll my eyes closing the door then getting in the shower. As I do what I need to do my mind goes crazy, how will Derek react? Is it the right time for this for us? We have finally gotten the hand of being the King and Queen of all Alphas, it wasn't easy but we are just now getting used to it. I'm scared to tell him, not because he won't want it but his reaction, what will it be? We haven't spoken of starting a family because we've been super busy but it just happened.

I sigh turning the water off and stepping out wrapping my robe around me then going into the room to see Sami has everything ready
"Sit" She orders and I smile then she blow dries my hair a bit, enough for me not to get whatever is in the bag wet
"Okay, close your eyes, I'll slip it on for you" She says grinning like a mad woman, I don't argue so I close my eyes after untying my robe leaving me in my lingerie
"Lift your hands" Sami says, I do as told then I feel soft fabric then its fully on me and Sami zips it up
"Keep your eyes closed, I'm going to do your hair and makeup, it will all be a surprise" She says making me sigh

"Fine" I say then she leads me to a chair and sits me down, all I know is that I'm in a lace dress from what I can feel from the bottom of it. Sami towel dries my hair then I feel her start doing something to it. As she does what she wants with my hair, my mind goes to Derek and a family with him. I know he will be a great father no doubt about it but will I be a good mother? I struggled with myself for three years, I don't want a child of mine going through the same struggles as me, thats my biggest fear.

I then start thinking of how a child of ours would look like, most likely like Derek, beautiful and handsome, strong and smart. I loose track of time then hear Sami squeal as she finishes my makeup
"Okay, open your eyes" She whispers and I do slowly, my eyes meet mines through the mirror to see I'm in a beautiful white lace dress that reaches midthigh, its nice and flowy and the back is a V. My makeup is nice and soft but so beautiful that it makes my eyes stand out, Sami points to the flats in front of me and I slip them on

"Thank you Sami" I say, she smiles
"Now, tell him tonight okay?" She asks and I nod
"Okay" I say, she grins
"He will die when he sees you" She says and I giggle
"Sami, bring me my mate already" Derek says from downstairs, our wolf hearing catches it
"Shall we" She says, I smile then she leads me downstairs, Derek looks my way and his eyes twinkle

"Beautiful" He whispers taking my hand as Sami goes to her mate
"Have fun" James says smiling wide
"We will" I say, Derek leads me outside to a car
"Tonight will be a night you will forever remember" He says pecking my lips
"I love you" I say
"I love you more" He says, I connect our lips again for a bit longer this time then pull away and he drives

A/N: Hey my awesome readers! :-) I'm so happy to see how many reads this story got, it warms my heart and well it's sad for me to say that there are about 4 chapters left to this book and I am 98% sure there won't be a sequel to it :-(

sorry if you wanted a sequel but I have other stories/fanfictions I am working on and I hope you can go and check those out too. I will be trying to write another werewolf story I just need to read through and see how to make it different than the existing ones. Well this is getting long so, I'll talk to you all soon XO
