Also, we call Rin because if we say Itoshi, then which one? He also doesn't want to be seen as Sae's 'little brother,' so that's understandable. I think Reo is called by his first name because he either doesn't want to be immediately associated with his family and wealth, or because he wants to seem sociable with everyone. Nagi came to Blue Lock calling him Reo, so I guess it caught on. 

BUT CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW ZANTETSU'S FIRST NAME IS ZANTETSU? Why does everyone call him Zantetsu and not Tsurugi if his first name is Zantetsu? I don't know anymore guys.
