Cole's P. O. V.
This can't get any more awkward. Seriously though, I could probably cut the tension with a freaking knife. I'm sitting on the couch in the middle of Diana and Rochelle... Diana is fine but Rochelle is sitting way too close for comfort. Every once in a while I see Diana give her the quick annoyed death glare but Rochelle is too focused on me to notice.
"Cole," Diana's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. "Can I talk to you in the kitchen?" She asks, giving me the 'try-and-say-no' look.
I nod and we both stand up. Before I could walk away, a hand wraps around my own. "Don't be too long," Rochelle coos.
I laugh awkwardly and take my hand away from hers and then follow Diana into the kitchen where I'll probably be questioned...
Diana stands, leaning against the counter with her arms crossed looking seriously pissed off. I sigh and run a hand through my hair. "Spit it out," I say.
She rolls her eyes. "That... Slut, is all over you and you're not doing anything to stop her!"
"What do you want me to do? I've barely said two words to the girl." I try and defend myself. The last thing I need is for her to actually think I've been enjoying Rochelle's company. Which I haven't. I step around the counter so I'm not standing in front of hair. "You know I only want to be with you, baby."
She sighs. "I can't be mad at you when call me that."
I smirk and put my hands on her waist, pulling her closer to me. "Good," I smirk and she wraps her arms around my neck and then our lips meet for a kiss that I never get sick of because it's with my Diana. The girl I love with everything I have in me.
The kiss was cut short as someone cleared their voice from behind. Diana pulled away and I reluctantly let her go and turned around. There was Rochelle standing in the doorway, leaning against the door frame.
"Excuse you," Diana spat at her. Surprisingly. I'm finding her jealousy a bit of a turn on.
Rochelle took a couple steps into the kitchen. "I was just wondering where the bathrooms are." She said with an obvious fake innocent look.
Before me or Diana could answer, the backdoor opens and walks in Lisa and Bill. "Ready for dinner?" Bill asks with a smile on his face.
"Starved," I mutter sarcastically. "We're going to go freshen up." I grab ahold of Diana's hand and pull her put the kitchen and upstairs. Once we're in her room, I shut the door behind me and face her. "Please don't be upset,"
Diana rolls her eyes. "Who does she think she is?!" She questions as she paces back and forth in the room.
Here we go.
She's going to rant.
Tip to all guys: if you can, get out of this situation if possible. If not possible, say nothing and just nod.
"Does she really think she can just come into my house and try to steal my boyfriend?! What a whore! I never expected Lisa to raise such a ... Whore! She's a whore! Ugh, and did you see her hair? That's obviously all extensions I mean, I've been trying to grow my hair out for years and-" I couldn't take the babbling anymore. So I grabbed her face and pulled her into a kiss.
This always works too.
She wrapped her arms around my neck, giving my hair a soft tug that turns me on completely. A smile tugs on my lips during the kiss and enjoyed the soft moan that left her lips. I took the opportunity to slip my tongue in her mouth and I gave her hips a quick squeeze.
