★⋆. ࿐࿔ 🎀 — KAMARIA'S HOME
When I kept asking where we were going, she would laugh and say "can't tell you." Her being excited made me all excited. I loved seeing her like this and I can't wait to continue to see her life this. She drove for a whole hour I think. Before she pulled up to the lights.
I didn't even know they had the drive through christmas lights here. I turned towards Juju and she was happily smiling at me. "I am so going to marry you!" I squealed. She turned her head back to the road and drove while I stared at the lights we passed. They were so pretty. I never want to leave.
There was snowman's, gingerbreads, santa's and they were all made of lights. I loved this place. I was so amazed by all the stuff they made out of lights. We kept driving and looking at the lights, not noticing it was coming to an end. Once it ended we continued to drive, now going to a different place. The whole night was making me happy. I'm not sure what else she has planned but i'm sure i'll love it.
She drove and drove before stopping for more gas. I was still amazed by everything i've seen so far that I didn't even register we were at a gas station until last minute. Juju pumped the gas in the car and when she finished, she got back in the car.
She started to drive again, arriving at this restaurant. Juju got out and came to my side to open the door for me. I got out with the help of Juju. She held my hand, gently drawing shapes. We walked in and a man walked up to us. "Hello! Have you made a reservation?" The man asked with a bright smile.
Juju nodded. "Yeah uh for Judea Watkins." The man nodded his head and motioned for us to follow him. He lead us to a set just for the two of us, a man standing in front of it. It was one of those ones that the chef flips the food in front of you. Juju pulled out my chair and I sat down then she pulled out her own and sat down.
We decided to be plain and get steak and sushi. The man started to throw things up and do cool tricks. Both me and Juju were amazed. I looked over at her and she was smiling, her glasses sat on her nose snd her hands sitting on her thighs.
He made our food and we watched the whole time, enjoying it. When he was done, he placed the food onto plates and handed them to us. We ate, talking about anything we could. The thought of the question I asked her on the phone popped up in my head.
I placed my fork down and turned to her. "Okay now tell me why you were so distant at first." I said. Juju coughed, caught off guard. "Dude." She placed her fork and knife down then turned towards me. "Okay uhm I was distant because I was so sure that you would hurt me. You didn't give me any reason to believe that but uh it's all i've dealt with when it comes to relationships."
She avoided eye contact while I carefully listened to make sure I didn't miss out on anything. Juju glanced at me then her eye went back to the floor. "When I used to put my all into girls — they uh would uhm hurt me so that just made me stop. I started to play girls and lead them on so that I could keep my heart safe."
"But you—" Juju cleared her throat and made eye contact with me. "—You've shown me that I can do all of that. I want to show you parts of me that nobody else has seen. I want to give you the love you deserve and I know I started off on a rocky start but I promise you that it won't be like that any more."
She was so cute when she rambled. I wasn't going to kiss her just yet. I wanted to make it memorable. We had been apart from each other for weeks so I wanted her to love this. "Sorry. I didn't mean to say all of that." She apologized.
I laughed and waved it off, not minding it one bit. "You're fine. I loved every part of that and I understand exactly what you're saying." She turned her head away from me and that made me smile. I could tell she got nervous cause there was a slight smile on her face. We finished eating not long after so she paid and left.
She grabbed my hand, running down a walkway. A gazebo wrapped in lights and flowers at the end. We stopped right at the gazebo. She turned towards me, our hands entwined."You're not understanding just how much you're worth to me." Her eyebrows knit together and she made sure to lower her voice.
"I want to spend the rest of my life with you Kamaria and no i'm not asking you to marry me yet but i'm in love with you and I would love for you to let me be your girlfriend." Everything slowed down and it felt like it was just me and her.
Both of us let out breathless laughter and I nodded my head yes, tears flowing in my eyes. "I'm in love with you too Judea." My hair started to flow with the wind, dragging across my face. Juju laughed and grabbed onto the strand, tucking it behind my ear.
I leaned closer to her and she met me half way, our lips clashing into each other. I've been craving this since she left and I surely wasn't going to let go of this. Our bodies mold together like missing puzzle pieces being put back together.
She traces over my lips with her tongue and that made me suck in a breath. My spine tingled and my body yearning for more. The noises around us fade as if it was only us as she deepens the kiss.
The kiss went on and on till we pulled away from each other. Both of us just smiling happily at each other. Juju started to pull me somewhere else. Walking us into this hotel. "Room for Judea Watkins." She said to the man behind the counter, he gave her a key then we walked to the elevator, going in and pressing the right floor.
We walked down a hall and into the hotel room after unlocking it and looked around, my eyes catching a mistletoe above us. I laughed and nudged Juju, motioning my head upwards. Juju confusingly looked up then laughed. She turned towards me and softly placed her hands on my waist, pulling me into a passionate kiss.
