052. Future?

KAMARIA'S POV

🎀 — HOSPITAL

I picked up and we talked about how she saw what happened. She asked if Juju was okay and if I was okay, me telling her "yeah." I'm sure she knew I was worried and that's why she called.

She also asked about whose kid I was holding on television which made me laugh as I told her the story. She told me that I should contact authorities. I told her I would tomorrow but I want to make sure he's okay for tonight.

We ended the call and me and Capri played hand games. We we're having fun until Juju came limping in here with a brace on her leg. She walked over to us with a smile on her face. I stood up and pulled her into a kiss.

Juju smiled into the kiss, wrapping her arms around my waist. I placed my hands on her cheeks then pulled away. I hit her shoulder. "Don't scare me like that again!" I pointed my pointer finger at her.

Juju laughed and nodded her head. "Okay I promise." I guided her to a seat. "Ima get us a uber back to the tournament so we can get the car." I told her. Juju nodded her head and turned back to Capri.

I paid for one and it said it would be here in 7 minutes, I sat back down and listened to the two talk. It was cute and made me think about how our future will be. Does Juju want kids? I know I do, but what if she doesn't and that causes problems in our relationship.

I zoned out thinking about that when Juju tapped me. "You okay?" She asked. I looked at her and nodded my head, still a bit in my thoughts. She looked at me for a while before mouthing. "Tell me later." I nodded my head and focused back on them playing.

7 minutes passed and I got the notification that our driver was outside. I picked Capri up and held Juju's hand. We took our time walking to the car so that Juju wouldn't get any more hurt than she already is.

I got in and Juju did too. Our driver started to drive, Capri falling asleep. Me and Juju chatted here and there. I was more worried about her leg than she was. We arrived back at the tournament not long after, immediately going to the car.

I placed Capri in the back, putting his seatbelt on him then opened the door for Juju. She thanked me and got in. I made sure she was comfortable before closing the door and going to the drivers seat.

I got in the car and made sure they were both okay. I turned the car on and started to drive. "So what were you thinking about at the hospital." Juju said, moving her eyes away from the window.

I looked at her for a quick moment before focusing back on the road. "Do you — uhm do you want to have kids in the future?" I quietly asked. Juju looked at me with a serious look. "With you? Yeah. I wouldn't dream of anything else."

"But like would you want that right now? Like with everything going on?" I asked her. I was scared. What if she told me no. Juju laughed and looked back at Capri. "Yeah, we can adopt him but only if he has nobody to go to." Juju said.

I pulled up to the driveway and looked at her. "Are you serious? Like you being deadass?" I happily said, turning towards her. Juju laughed and nodded her head. "Yeah, he's a good kid."

I reached over and pulled her into a hug. Juju laughing and wrapping her arms around me. "But only if he has nobody else to take him in!" She pulled away and told me. I squealed and got out of the car, going to the side Capri was on and opening the door.

I unbuckled his seatbelt and picked him up. Juju opened her car door and walked towards the front door. I followed behind her and unlocked the door. We walked into the house.

I walked to the bedroom and placed Capri into the bed, kissing his forehead and walking back into the living room. Juju was sprawled out on the couch. I rolled my eyes and laughed.

She opened her arms for me and I got on her, being careful of her leg and laid down on her chest. Me and Juju talked about what was going to happen after tonight. We talked about how our future's will hopefully be and what we have planned for after college.
