Abilities:

•Guts: If Throh is suffering under a status condition such as a burn, it's attack is increased.

•Inner Focus: Throh is able to maintain his composure when hit with a move that would have caused him to flinch.

•Mold Breaker: Throh is able to cause certain abilities from the opposing Pokemon to fail and allows him to attack the opponent without without any hindrance.

Moves:

•Mat Block: Throh slams his foot down and causes a tatami mat to jump in front of him and his allies, preventing them from taking damage. Status moves, however, can bypass this.

•Bind: Throh wraps its arms around the opponent and squeezes them, holding onto them for a lengthy amount of time and dealing damage over time.

•Leer: Throh glares at the opponent with sharp, intimidating eyes, which lowers the opponent's defense.

•Bide: Throh stands his ground and allows himself to be hit for a short time. After enough time passed, Throh throws out an intense attack that deals double the amount of damage that he had taken. If no physical damage was done to him, then the attack fails.

•Focus Energy: Throh takes a deep breath and focuses himself into his attacks, increasing the likelihood of critical hits to land.

•Circle Throw: Throh grabs the opponent and throws the opponent behind them, forcefully excising them from the match or switching another opponent if there is more than one opponent.

•Wide Guard: Throh erects a barrier that protects itself and its allies from attacks that have a very wide range of effect.

•Revenge: Throh rushes forward and tackles the opponent. If it was to hit just beforehand, it uses the momentum of the attack to strike at the opponent twice as hard.

•Body Slam: Throh leaps into the air and crushes the opponent with its immense body weight, occasionally paralyzing them in the process.

•Bulk Up: Throh tenses up the muscles in his body to bulk himself up, increasing his attack and defense.

•Storm Throw: Throh grabs the opponent and tosses them into the ground, this move always landing a critical hit.

•Vital Throw: Throh holds itself back, giving the opponent a chance to attack first, before slamming them with his arm and throwing them while they are stunned.

•Seismic Toss: Throh grabs the opponent and leaps high into the air, before coming back down and throwing them into the ground.

•Endure: Throh prepares for an attack that will knock him out, managing to hold onto his consciousness against an attack that would normally have finished him off.

•Reversal: Throh strikes the opponent with an attack that deals much more damage the less health he has.

•Superpower: Throh overexerts itself to deal a massive amount of damage to the opponent before its strain catches up with him and his attack and defense gets lowered.
