A few days later

Perrie's Point Of View

I carried Logan to bed after a long day of playing at the park and being a happy child

Once he was asleep in bed, I go to the living room where there was a knock on the door. I answer the door to see it was Jade

After the whole thing with Y/N, I've spent more time with Jade than I have before

Minutes went by, I found myself getting cozy with her

Really cozy like this is meant to happen

Your Point Of View

"You're really quiet, Y/N" I turn to see Lauren next to me

"I'm just thinking" I look at the sky "How it all got to this point for me" I sigh and rub my eyes

Lauren cups my cheek and kisses me softly, making me forget all the troubles I had before and now

Later That Day

I went along with the girls out to get something to eat.

So right when we were waiting for the food to be ready, the door opened and a few people came in but one of them I felt like I knew them before

I didn't see his face because he's turned to his back showing

Right when he turned revealing his face, he looks at me and our eyes made contact

Flashback

"C'mon Zayn. You could do it"

My vision was so blurry to see their faces, only them standing and one of them holding an object who I think was Zayn

There was a moment of silence and then a voice spoke

"No I can't do this," then the object falling on the ground and Zayn walking away from the one next to him

Flashback ended

I broke the eye contact and looked at the girls "Girls, I'm going to get some fresh air I'll be back" The girls nod and I walked out to feel the cold breeze hitting me

A few minutes, I turn around to see him next to me

It was quiet at first but then he finally said something

"I'm sorry, Y/N" he tells me

"Sorry isn't going to change what happened that day, Zayn"

He sighs "I know but what could I do about it. Nothing"

I looked at him "What you did was getting yourself involved with it and now you gotta live with what's coming" I ran my hand through my hair "If I were you, I'd listen to myself than listen to someone else"

"Everyone seems to make him as the bad guy but he's not. He's a good guy and he's there when I need help"

Hearing Zayn speak like that, I knew who he was talking about because that's exactly what Matt said about him.

I closed my eyes for a moment

Flashback

"Matt, you gotta believe me I don't trust him"

Matt pats my shoulder "He's not a bad guy. Trust me he's not"

'If only he knew' I thought

I wanted to tell him but I promised Lillian I wouldn't tell Matt about it

At night I told Lillian to tell Matt the truth or else he'll find out the hard way and side with him on this

That same night she told him and he was furious about what he found out when she told him

Number one, he found out he wasn't Logan's biological father

Number two, the man he trust raped Lillian

And Number three, he felt so blindsided that he feels like it's his fault for causing this

The last words Matt told Lillian and Logan was he loves them and he's going to do everything he can to protect his family

But then the next day, Matt went to confront him and end whatever he had with him

As a result, Matt got killed

Flashback ended

I open my eyes and looked at Zayn "I know he's at your side, Zayn. He's at your side making you feel like he's going to be there for you and help you no matter what. But in return he would want something from you even if he doesn't ask you he would go and get what he wants"

Zayn was about to say something when his phone began to ring up

By the looks of it, he's pissed by what he is seeing on his phone after that he looks at me "I'm going to do what's right, Y/N and I want you to know I'm sorry for the harm I have caused you"

I watched him walk away and I then returned to the girls, thinking over things and what's next

Zayn's Point Of View

"Listen just park the car outside and you guys wait for me when I'm done," I rub my head "Just park the car around the corner so he doesn't see you" I hang up the phone and sigh

I walked inside the house and lucky for me he's not here so I quickly grabbed my stuff and put it inside a bag. There wasn't much it was only clothes

Right when I was about to leave, there he was standing with his arms crossed at the living room "Going somewhere, Zayn"

I threw my bag outside and closed the door to look at him "Yeah I'm leaving a fat liar"

"Excuse me!" He raised his voice

"You used me for your selfish needs," I took a step and raised my finger at him "You were never my true friend"

"Now you stop right there! I helped you! I was there for you without me you'd be nothing but a background with four worthless boys"

"You didn't make me!!" I walked near the door and looked at him one last time "I'm going back to One Direction and I'm going to be bigger along with the true friends I've been with for 5 years. I'm not going to let some fat shit be getting in the way"

I open the door about to walk out until I felt something hit my back and come out through my chest

I ran as quick as I could, putting my hand on my chest. I ran around the corner to see the car Louis, Harry, Niall and Liam were in

They see me and rushed to help me, they drove me to the hospital

During the drive, Louis and Liam tried to stop the bleeding

The last words I said before I blacked out was

"I'm sorry, everyone. Naughty Boy will pay for this"
