Rudhransh pov
As I sat in my office feeling restless and missing my wife, Prisha, I gazed out the window to find the sky shrouded in dark clouds, with raindrops gently falling onto the ground. The romantic ambiance only intensified my longing for her. I smiled wistfully as my eyes drifted to the phone screen in front of me.
The display showed a picture of Prisha and mine taken by me on college terrace, bathed in the soft glow of the moonlight. It was the night I had "kidnapped" that day I found her again and from where our story again being .
As I unlocked the phone, I began to scroll through our photo album, and my eyes widened with delight.Yesterday, I had stumbled upon her parents' album in their room, and I couldn't resist the urge to take some of the pictures. As I flipped through the pages, I found myself mesmerized by Prisha's innocent smile and sparkling eyes. There were pictures of her as a little girl, her hair tied up in pigtails, her eyes shining with mischief. Then, there were pictures of her as a teenager, her smile a little more self-conscious, but still radiant.
"Oh God, she was looking so cute," I thought to myself, my heart swelling with love and adoration. I had taken some pictures from her room and phone too, and now, as I admired them, I felt grateful for these little mementos.
I loved collecting pictures of my little wife each one was a reminder of her smile , innocent,
I was lost in thought, my mind preoccupied with memories of Prisha, when Neil's teasing voice cut through the air, "Bhabhi-maa ki yaad aa rahi hai apko bhai?" He sauntered into the office, a mischievous glint in his eye.
( Are you missing bhabhi? )
I couldn't help but chuckle, "Humm bahut jaada." My honesty was tinged with a hint of wistfulness. I was missing Prisha terribly, and it was hard to conceal my emotions.
( Yes a lot )
Rihaan's curious voice piped up, "Fir kyu chhod aaye unhe waha?" His question was laced with concern, and I appreciated his empathy.
( then why you left her their )
"She needed time, and she also wanted to spend some time with her family," I explained, trying to keep my emotions in check. Neil and Rihaan nodded understandingly, their expressions sympathetic.
Just then, I couldn't help but ask, "Where's Akshita?" It had been a while since I'd seen her, and I was starting to get a little worried.
Rihaan's response was reassuring, "She's with Adarsh at home. We left them playing cricket with the our men ." I nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over me.
But before I could respond further, the door burst open, and Vansh's shocked voice cut through the air, "I can't believe it! Is this a dream or some kind of plane?" His eyes were wide with wonder, and I couldn't help but exchange a questioning glance with Neil and Rihaan. What was going on?
Vansh's voice cut through the air, his tone laced with surprise, "Bhai, your father-in-law is here, and he's coming with a smile, accompanied by his elder son, Shreyansh." He pointed towards the parking area, where they were walking towards the office.
I felt a jolt of shock, my mind racing with questions. What was he doing here? We had parted on good terms, but I hadn't expected him to visit me at the office.
Neil's dramatic voice piped up, "Is he here to kill you...and us?" I shot him a stern glance, "Shut up, Neil."
Rihaan's curious voice took over, "But why is he here? You're staying at his home. If he had some work with you, he could've discussed it there." I shook my head, just as perplexed as Rihaan.
