Eleanor's P.O.V.
***

I huffed as I walked out of the corridor, drying my hair with a towel while trying to get water out of my ear.

I stopped walking when I looked around the console room, not seeing the Doctor anywhere. I raised an eyebrow and placed my towel on the railing only to jump with the Tardis hummed loudly, signaling she got angry.

I huffed and grabbed my towel, taking it to the bathroom and sitting it the dirty clothes.

"Happy now?" The Tardis made the soft yet deep gong-like sound, signaling she was fine. I rolled my eyes and shook my head, stroking her lightly. "You're too much at times." I chuckled quietly and walked out into the console room, looking around again.

I pursed my lips together and raised an eyebrow before sucking my teeth silently and walking to the staircase leading under the console.

I smiled as I saw the Doctor with his face buried into a book as he sat on the carrier seat he sat in as he worked on the under console.

His glasses rested on the bridge of his nose perfectly, making him look a little older than he actually was. The glasses and the bowtie went perfect with each other, making his normal geeky-ness become ever more noticeable. I never knew how much I loved a geeky side.

I smiled as he looked up at me and smiled.

"Have a nice swim?" He asked, taking his glasses off before shutting his book.

"Yes I did actually. Whatcha readin'?" I asked, my Scottish accent making its way through. He smiled and stood up, placing the book on the floor of the console room.

"Sometimes you sound so much like your mother." He said, wrapping his arm around my waist as he looked down at me. I giggled and rested my arms on his shoulders as he leant down to kiss me.

He pulled away and smiled before nuzzling his face into my neck, making me giggle. He laughed and pulled his face out from the crook of my neck and kissed my forehead.

He patted my head before walking up the stairs. I raised my eyebrow as he began to press a few buttons and pulled some levers. He's flying the Tardis secretly.

I walked up the stairs and to the screen, pulling it to the other side of the console. The Doctor tried to take the screen away from me by grabbing the side but I smacked his hand hard.

He flinched and pulled his hand back, rubbing the back of his hand lightly as he mumbled a few things. I smiled and shook my head before looking back at the screen.

I raised an eyebrow as I noticed my parents house.

"Doctor? Why are we here?" He huffed and wrapped his arm around my waist as he pulled me towards the Tardis doors.

"I figured we could visit Amy and Rory. It's been a while, yeah?" He said, quickly. He had a smile on his face that said everything is fine by his dark hazel-green eyes betrayed him as they held sadness and worry in them. He was lying.

"Doctor. It has been a while, yes but I know that's not the reason we're here. Now. Why are we here?" The Doctor just kissed my forehead and grabbed my hand then began walking towards the house, ignoring my question.

I looked up at as he knocked on the door and sighed, looking away and resting my head on his shoulder as we waited. The door opened and I lifted my head off his shoulder as I looked at a rather happy mum.

"Oh! Eleanor and The Doctor. What a pleasant surprise! It's been a while." She wrapped the Doctor and I in a warm hug. As she pulled away she invited us in and I looked around seeing Xavier sitting on the couch watching the telly.
