Welcome BACK my fellow dragons/other mythologies to yet another DxD chapter from me! And today, we are starting one of my favorite sections of the DxD story, the Holy Swords arc! Can I get a "LET'S GOOOO!!!"

Maria: Big bro wanted a break, so he sent me here for the intros!

...Well shit, let's get it then. Welcome to the season 2 intro's! Everyone, treat her nicely, I only brought her back to life like a year ago.

With Ryo:

"Are you sure you want to come to school today?" Serafall asked as both she and her roommate walked towards their school, her cornered while the latter bit into what appeared to be a taiyaki filled with vanilla filling

"Huh? Why wouldn't I?" He asked, the black haired girl besides him who took a bite into her own snack, though filled with chocolate. He may not really like -more so care- for the school, but it was a decent time killer.

"Well, everyone's been wondering where you went these past few weeks...and will probably swarm you once you get inside." She said casually, the male proceeding to stare at her

"...Am I that popular?"

Yes.

"Tch, I'll be fine. Besides, I could just cast an illusion if I want to be left alone." He said plainly, the girl nodding quickly before finishing off her treat with a smile

Both Ryo and Serafall made it to Kuoh Academy and before long were walking the already empty hallways towards their class...that they had already skipped most of the day from to begin with. Okay, why did this happen? Simple. Serafall wanted answers as to where the super demon went off to and how he, Issei, and the auras coming off of their last sensed placement were connected. She means, it was so strong damn near every supernatural being in the city went to the scene to try and get an answer on things, only to be met with nothing but some torn ground, houses, and the occasional scared animal.

The white-red wasn't deterred though, and just gave her the same story he gave the tomato and her group. Strong being came, they fought, he lost -hence explaining his extra bandages NOT because of style-, Issei also losing -showing why he was also gone- and how they got miraculously saved. This...surprisingly worked out well, with Serafall buying him and promising to let the other Maou's know his story. Wonderful. Take that Vali, he could lie well.

But this sounded like something that would only take about an hour at most, so how were they already well into over half the school day and just now arriving? Well, in the Maou's words, the red eyed male kept her worried for weeks so she needed compensation...

This included watching some magical girl anime and taking her out for sweets. Was this a punishment? Cause Ryo thought he enjoyed himself.

After a while though they decided they really should go to school on the sure fact that they might miss something interesting like how that usually happens when one hasn't gone for a day? They weren't learning anything, might as well go for fun. Granted they didn't have to, but fuck it.
