Hello my dear readers ❤️✨

Here is today's chapter! I couldn't proofread it, so please forgive me if there are any mistakes 🥺💜. It's a small chapter with 1700+ words since I'm travelling, returning from out of station. Hope you'll understand and support me as always 💕.

About VIKA update — I'm not sure when I will publish the next chapter. From tomorrow onwards, I'll be caught up with my test batches 📚💪. As I already informed, I'm taking a break, so updates will be rare and only posted whenever I get time 😞💖.

I'll try my best to give a VIKA update this weekend if possible 🤞✨. But I can't promise anything as I don't know what time holds ahead. Still, I'll definitely try my level best for you all 💕🥰.

Thank you so much for your endless love, patience, and support 💝💫! Keep showering your love as always 🧸💜.

Let's get into the story...

He gently placed his hand under her head, his fingers sliding inside her top, caressing her soft stomach in a soothing rhythm.

Ashwin (softly): Papa... sorry da...

She remained still, not uttering a word.

Ashwin (whispering again): Papa... thoongitiya...?

Thinking she had fallen asleep, he let out a small sigh and pulled her closer into his embrace, keeping his hand protectively under her head.

The next morning, Ashwin woke up only to find her missing from his arms. He freshened up, got ready in his uniform, and walked towards the kitchen.

Ashwin: Ma... nee thallu, naan panren.

Sivaangi: Illa irukatum... edhuku ungaluku siramam?

Ashwin's brows knitted in frustration, not knowing how to break her silent treatment.

Ashwin (softly): Ma... serious ah sorry da... tension le apdi pesiten.

His voice held genuine regret, hoping to melt her anger with his heartfelt apology.

Sivaangi: Aiyoo... edhuku Ashwin sorry lam? Irukatum... Tension thana... paravala... ungaluku mattum thana tension?

Placing the breakfast on the dining table, she silently started eating without sparing him a glance.

Ashwin swallowed hard, his eyes fixed on her, silently craving her attention. He hesitantly sat in front of her, hoping for at least one look from her side.

But she finished eating, washed her plate, grabbed her bag, and walked out without a word.

Ashwin (panicking): Ma... ma... ma... nillu ma...

But she didn't stop, leaving him behind with a heavy heart.

He hurried to his car, following her to the bus stop. His eyes softened, seeing her waiting alone.

Ashwin (lowering the window): Ellarum paakranga ma... Please ma...

Not wanting to create a scene, she quietly opened the back door and got inside, maintaining her silence.

Ashwin stole glances at her through the rearview mirror, hoping she'd look back at him. But she simply looked out the window, lost in her own thoughts.

Reaching her office, she stepped out without a word. Just as he was about to drive away, she called him.
