Beaus PoV

"I think I'm showing" Brooke taps my shoulder repeatedly after me trying to have a long lie...trying being the word to focus on here. "Your showing?" I turn and lay flat on my back as Brooke looks over me. "The baby, Beau" she giggles as I shoot up onto my elbows "ok come on show me". I watch as Brooke stands up and lifts her top to show the bottom of her belly. Her pregnant belly. "Baby I don't really see it. I mean maybe a little bit" I reply lifting myself from the bed and stretching. "How don't you see it? It's your child in here" she points as I roll my shoulders and walk to the bathroom "I said I see a little change Brooke". "Damn it Beau, just tell me I'm fat" she yells as I chuckle walking into the bathroom.

As the weeks went by...Brooke grew...obviously...but she was obsessed with it. What started out as a small bump soon turned into a proper baby bump. Haleys reopening Karen's cafe with Brooke of course joining her as a partner. Iv been playing basketball obviously and spending as much time at home with my pregnant wife as I can...calling Brooke my pregnant wife still feels surreal. To me she's the most beautiful pregnant woman Iv ever laid eyes on. Who right now is smiling at me as I arrive home after a game. "You played amazing baby" she smiles as I walk in and drop to the couch next to her. "I'm exhausted" I mutter leaning my head back against the couch. "I bet. You were on a roll tonight. We watched you" I smile tilting my head towards Brooke who is running her hands over her baby bump. "I missed you's" I smile leaning up and swiveling my body down to the couch with my head on Brooke's lap.

Brooke's fingers thread through my hair as I face our baby. "Hi baby. I really missed you and your mom tonight. I can't wait for you to come to a game and I hope that I make you proud. That you'll be standing next to your beautiful mom on the sidelines wearing my jersey and I can teach you basketball...only if you want that" I whisper leaning in and placing a kiss. "You're really cute you know" Brooke smiles down at me as I wink up at her before whispering to our baby again "your mom thinks I'm cute".

Brooke's PoV

"Are you my baby? Yes you are. My sweet baby girl. You're all mine" I gush looking down at Lydia in my arms as Haley comes up behind me "Brooke". "Oh! You're not my baby, are you? No, you're not mine at all" I sing passing her back over to her mother "what is auntie Brooke saying to you, Lydia Scott? Is she trying to snatch you up?". "Yes!" I smile as Beau and Nathan walk through from the back towards us. "You guys ready to open the new cafe?" Nathan asks as Beau walks over wrapping her arms around me, pulling my body into hers "yes!" "Yes we are". "I'm proud of you" Beau whispers into my ear as Nathan and Haley have a moment. "Your proud of me? For opening a cafe with your sister?" I ask her not understand how the star basketball player is proud of me for opening a cafe. "Absolutely. You have created something else Brooke...I mean the place looks amazing" she waves her arms out and I instantly miss the feeling of them wrapped around me. "Yeh that was with a lot ...I'd not most of Nathan and your help" I smile leaning back into her "regardless...I'm proud of you". "Hey guys we are ready for you" mouth shouts over the hustle and bustle in the cafe. "Go get em" she whispers dropping her lips to mine before I walk over to Millie and mouth for our segment.

"Today we are live from the corner of front and grace where once upon a time, there sat a little diner called Karen's cafe, where Haley James Scott performed and waited tables" I smile at the camera before looking briefly at Beau whilst Millie then takes over "the diner then became the former home of clothes over bros, where I worked for and with my good friend, Brooke Davis now known as Brooke James. Brooke what brings us here today?". "Well today is the grand reopening of Karen's cafe, where Haley James Scott will again work and perform. But let's get started with the performance part. Ladies and gentlemen, Karen's cafe is once again open for business!" I turn to the door, swivelling around the sign to show we are now open as Haley takes to the small stage.
