Caliana's final POV will be in the next chapter, so make sure to enjoy her perspective here.

I just wanted to apologize for my last author's note. I barely got any sleep, and honestly, it felt like I woke up in the wrong bed because—what was I even trying to say? Let me clear things up.

First, the Contessa story is not one of the options for you to choose from. What I meant to say was that Contessa is already set to be published. I just need you to choose one more story from the list to be published alongside it.

And seriously, even I felt secondhand embarrassment reading what I wrote. It sounded like I was tipsy and having a full conversation with myself. Like—girl, are you okay? Haha!

So here's what I actually meant: Contessa will be published on April 17, and I need you to choose one more story from the list. That means two stories will be published.

But since some of you are chaotic and want all the stories published, let's make it fun—maybe we'll do a spin-the-wheel. Haha!

And if my laziness doesn't win this time, I might just publish everything in my drafts. Let's see who wins: my motivation or my tendency to nap at 3 p.m.

Also, real talk—I've never experienced writer's block. Writing stories comes naturally to me. But formatting? Fixing the spacing? That's the part that makes me want to cry. My eyes are super sensitive, so I always end up messing things up. Boohoo.

See u next Friday.

Caliana De Santis POV

I only said one word to her that night—yes.

And the moment it left my lips, she moved like the world would steal me from her if she didn't act fast. Like just hearing that answer unlocked something fierce and unstoppable inside her.

Within three days, everything was arranged. The wedding. The dress. The venue. Every detail I hadn't yet dared to dream of—already in place.
