Chapter 8: Widow's Sting

Y/n and Janet are walking through the park, hand in hand. It's been a week since they stop the Sentry from destroying the planet and Janet ended her relationship with Hank while getting into a new one with Y/n.

Janet: So who's the strongest opponent you ever faced?

Y/n: Well not long ago, there is this guy who is insanely strong. If Hulk went up against him, he would likely be killed.

Janet: Jeez. This guy is that strong.

Y/n: Believe it. He stopped attacks with just a mere glare.

Janet: (shock) Is he a monster?

Y/n: I would say yes but that would be disrespecting his warrior spirit.

Janet: I hope to visit your world. You can travel to other universes and can battle other beings.

Y/n: The only way I travel between universes is when Whis is around.

Janet: Whis is the attendent of the destroyer of your universe, Beerus right?

Y/n: Correct.

Janet: So besides Saiyans and Frost Demons, who is the strongest being of your universe?

Y/n: That title goes to Lord Beerus. Destroyers don't use their full power because when two Destroyers fight each other, they can easily destroy everything around them. So Destroyers don't go all out, Goku did manage to make Beerus use 50 percent of his true power but still got defeated.

Janet: Oh, ice-cream!

Janet drags Y/n over to an ice-cream stand and ordered two cones. After collecting their cones, they continue their stroll through the park.

Janet: Not to be rude to Hank, but I really enjoy spending time with you. At first I was expecting him to get over our breakup so easily but he seemed happy when we got together.

Y/n: That's because he knew that he couldn't spend as much time with you. Like Stark, he wants to make the world better.

Janet: By the way, didn't you have any crushes back home?

Y/n: I had a few.

Janet: Didn't go out with any of them.

Y/n: I didn't have much luck when it comes to women. I don't get how Goku or Vegeta still manage to stay married when all they do is train.

Janet: Well from what you told me I figured out why.

Y/n: Really?

Janet: Well Bulma and Chichi try to get more attention from their husbands, they can understand that they need to be strong to protect the planet. Even if they don't spend as much time with their family.

Y/n: I guess. Though I let the same thing happen to me.

Janet: Huh?

Suudenly his ID cards sound off as Tony calls them to meet at S. H. I. E. L. D. Heli-Crrier.

S. H. I. E. L. D. Heli-Crrier

Y/n is standing by Maria as Fury is chewing off Hawkeye's head for getting into S. H. I. E. L. D. business and going after Black Widow. Alongside him is Black Panther, Captain America and Iron Man.

Y/n actually becomes surprised when Tony agreed with Fury for the Avengers to stay out of S. H. I. E. L. D. business. Hawkeye gets annoyed and storms off, not wanting S. H. I. E. L. D. or the Avengers to help him find Black Widow.
