Jack is lying in the darkness wide awake unable to know what to say to Rory,
"So...erm... What happened?" Jack asks the words sticking to his throat. At first Rory doesn't say anything but soon it all tumbles out in a hot angry torrent and sobs crumple his words
"They insinuated that because I'm a guy I can't get raped. Why didn't you fight her off they said, you're stronger than her they said-", his voice cracks
"I was drunk and Semi conscious and told her tons of times to get off me but she didn't....and there's me thinking the police would do something but they didn't-," his voice cracks and Rory is overcome by severe sobs.
"What was I thinking though? They hardly ever believe a woman when she's raped so why would they believe a man?"
The words are stuck in my throat and I cannot imagine the pain and malice gripping his heart
