They both landed, crashing down and making plumes of snow rise from their collisions, both warring machinations instantly sunk through to the ground of which held the pine forest they found themselves in. Thick and frosted hardened packed snow swallowing them both to their shoulders, well. Kurokami had ended up narrowly avoiding becoming a piked skull on a tree and quickly if extremely clumsily scaled said tree to escape jack frosts maw while Rebecca had landed on her back and sucked deep into the frosty mass. The worker's task nigh impossible with half of one hand looking more like the missing half of a triangularly cut piece of toast but she still did it, other hand strong enough to punch and claw into the tree trunk itself to make handholds to pull herself up with. Rebecca meanwhile was furiously trying to pry herself out of the equal to her height pit that continued to only get deeper with how unwieldy her body was for escaping snow.

"That was really something Rebecca, losing to a lowly worker like me. Wouldn't be befitting of someone like you, right? Just imagine if you had ended up landing on a tree instead.". Kurokami talked as she scrambled up and glanced back at the twin pits in the snow she and her foe had both made. Seeing the oil splayed snow hissing and steaming as one of Rebecca's wings twitched from its messy perch within a long dead tree canopy, sticks surrounding the almost cartoonish murder drone shaped mark in the snow and signifying that she had in fact landed beside a tree as well. A tree that had its branches either shattered or covered in oil from the girl's left wing being pierced downward on its trunk and torn right out of Rebecca's back, its driver disk already dead of colour to show how useless the part would be now.

"Oh, well that just makes my job easier.". Kurokami continued as she heard a loud groan from her foe, the familiar beam of blue light glowing from within and making the snow dissipate rather slowly. Beam being swung around horizontally within the mass but only causing steamed water and the shifting of the ice to further bury the girl as she shouted out, snow collapsing and flash freezing again on top of her along with the concerning amount of briefly melted liquid that just quick froze again. Remaining wing spasming out and making the at least 10-year-old firn snow shift barely above it as the wingtip barely broke surface, the sight almost sorry as the machine of mass genocide struggled to get free. Almost.

"HELP." A muffled scared plea rung out suddenly, making Kurokami almost drop her intrigued smirk as she realised that Rebecca was driven into fearing for her life. Not against her but against nature, fitting enough considering these drones shouldn't even be on this planet. She had to wonder just how coddled this particular drone had been, to have never ended up in such a mess as she was now.

"Don't worry I'm coming.". Kurokami whistled back, clambering up her tree far enough to be able to pounce over to the one the drone's wing was stuck in as she continued flailing and actually breaking free for an instant to spray a few shots of submachine gun fire towards Kurokami. All missed due to her hiding behind the tree, smashing herself another handlebar pit as the old growth groaned from the stress and Rebecca's

"FUCK off, I meant that for anyone but you!". Rebecca managed to pout as her wing finally broke entirely free of the snow and she was more upright, but still majorly underneath her frigid captor. Her laser fire beginning to surge away enough to clear a crater like space with her at the bottom, icy water running down and making her shiver whilst steam poured upward as if it was smoke from a wildfire. The girl about to stand up before Kurokami jumped down and speared her through the wing with her other wing, the entire weapon extremely unwieldy yet getting the job done as its blades gnawed at the other. Pinning the wing by its strut into the ground below the ice and making the disassembler spasm with a howl of pain, Kurokami letting go of the wing and having to pull her boots out of the snow again due to the manoeuvre whilst also loving the look of pure terror on the other drone's face.
