You have your things you want to work on. You have your things you want to work with. Now it's time to put them to action! Bring your list to life!

For the next week, keep a journal of your progress.

Write down whenever something good happens, or when something bad happens. Write down more things you need to work on. Keep looking, and find more things that you like about yourself. For this next week, really self-examine yourself.

Also, understand that it's okay to not like yourself. It is perfectly fine. This is why you're making a list so you can improve yourself. You can improve your short temper, or you can improve the ways you think negatively.

Remember that this whole process is supposed to be positive!
