I shouldve given this author's note much earlier but im taking a break from Sacrifice.
Don't worry—it's not disappearing. I actually have the next few chapters all planned out (plot twists included 👀), so the story is safe. I just need some time to actually sit down and write them. And with so many new story ideas bouncing around in my head, I don't want to keep you all waiting without knowing what's going on.
I'd rather be honest than give false hope with irregular updates, so I hope you understand this small pause.
I won't be gone for too long. Maybe a month and a half at most—but hopefully it won't even take that long. I'll try my best to be back sooner, because I truly miss writing Sacrifice when I'm away from it.
(No matter how I resent this book at times, it holds a special place in my heart cuz its the first book I ever wrote)
I didn't want to keep you all waiting in the dark or leave without a word, so thank you for understanding. And thank you, always, for reading, voting, commenting and supporting this story in any way.
