"The beginning of the end " 🙈

I think it was the way that she looked at me that I miss the most.
I remember The way she would be mad at me and the next give me a smile the way she hated me but I loved her even when she didn't.
It was the little things the way she would hold my hand kiss me when I was in the middle of saying something put her head on my shoulder.
The way her lips pressed against mine.
It was her that I missed the most but I'm getting ahead of myself..

It was the day of the school dance
The doctors were still after her but I was going to make sure nothing happened to her.

We went to the dance together ya know her being my girlfriend it was our first actually date we had fun we danced we took pictures we held hands we kissed but something was different about her. It was like she was breaking she was afraid of what was to come looking back who could blame her.

We sat down at the table eating pizza when the dread doctors showed up and we ran and hid in the shower the dance was in the gym so we went into the guys locker room and we'll we may have made out for a while.

Later that night I went to her house and we watched a movie. I remember watching her sleep but she wasn't doing so good as I thought she woke up screaming. She had been having nightmares since the dread doctors.
We talked about it a little bit she would always say that It wasn't my fault. But I got her into this mess I trusted that I could get her out.

One day at school we were sitting at lunch when mason mentioned the dread doctors
Hayden; can you not talk about them
Liam; there just trying to find them
Hayden; I don't understand why you can't just kill them I mean they could have killed us and you hear talking about them like if there was something we could do it would be done let's just face the facts it's not going to happen
Hayden gets up
Liam: Hayden... Are you okay
Hayden; why do people do that
Liam: do what
Hayden; ask if your okay when they know your not
Liam; I'm sorry
Hayden; none of this is your fault
They hug
Liam: will get through this
Hayden; I hope so

Days went on we thought that were safe until we weren't.

It was a full moon it was 1 week before the seniors graduated.

We all decided to go lazar tagging it was a group thing that night we should of stayed home.

Hayden; Liam promise me something
Liam; what?
Hayden;that you won't let anything happen to us will be okay
Liam; I promise.. I mean were at Lazar tagging it's going to be fun
Hayden; okay
They kiss*
Mason; get a room
We all start shooting when all of a sudden...
One minture Hayden and Mason were right beside me the next they were gone in a blink of an eye and there was nothing I could do nothing any of us could do
Theo was right about one thing....
For better for worse we were there for each other and it was about to get a lot worse.
