Chapter 14

Trish's POV

Great. I was just starting to doze off.
And the doorbell just had to ring.

Ugh. I don't feel like answering it. It's probably just some kind of package.
The postman will just leave it in front of my door.

Ding Dong.
Ding Dong.
Ding Dong.
Ding Dong.

AHHHHHH!!!!!!!

I'm guessing it's not the post.

I get up to answer the door.
And find Ally.
And Austin.
And Dez.

DEZ????

"What are you guys all doing here?"
Ally looks at me with a pleading look and says,
"Please let us in Trish."

This is serious.
I let them in.

"So what's all this about?"
Then Dez bursts out,
"AUSTIN LEFT ALLY!!!!!!"

Why can't Dez keep quiet?!
And I noticed a tear go down Ally's cheek. I should get her out of here.

"Ally, why don't you go lie down? You don't uhhh... Look so good...?"

Ally thanks me with her eyes and walks out of the room without a second glance at Dez or Austin.

I try to break the tension.
"SO."
Way to go Trish.
But I go on.
"Austin. Care to explain?"
"But-"
"Dez leave."
"What? No!"
"LEAVE."

And he walks slowly out of the room, trying to make as much noise as possible.

"Austin?"
He looked down.

"Let's start with the reason you, Uh.... Left... Ally."

Austin stared into space for a while, and sighed.
