The world we live in is not as it seems at first glance- it's filled with unbelievable horrors and wonders.
Those impossible horror stories they told you growing up are all true; Vampires, Werewolves, and Witches- they're all real. But then again, Demons, Ghosts and a plethora of others are out there as well.
You're just not looking.
You probably assume I'm just messing with you, which- of course- is what they want you to think. Hence why they call it the 'Masquerade'. They blend in with us- hiding amongst shadows and in plain sight- trying to pass their existence off as things of myth and legend.
And again, maybe you believe that. Whatever you may think, they're all around us.
Now, if you choose to stop reading, I understand. Go ahead- I won't stop you. You're just not ready to accept that everything you've been told is a widely believed lie.
But, should you choose to continue, I congratulate and caution you;
You're finally beginning to see things as they are.
