There are some times when you sit by the window and think about all the things you did to make everything alright. Your sacrifices.. Your plans to make avenge.. The years of molding yourself into someone who they can't easily take down physically and emotionally.. Someone who can fight for her loved ones. Someone who can avenge her parent's death. All of it for a single reason. And that's because of her.. Chloe.

Siya na lang ang meron ako. They took my parents away so I can't afford to lose her. I won't let that happen. The pain I felt during those awful years is unexplainable . Napakahirap. If I were to compare it to anything.. It was like a plane just crashed down on you. It was like a part of you has taken. Kaya kung mangyari man ulit iyon.. Hindi ko na alam kung ano pang magagawa ko. But I know it won't be good. Hell, it would be very far from that.

I looked at the picture that I'm holding. It was a picture of Chloe..or Eirrah. Nakuha ko ito sa wallet niya that night at the bar. Her smile here is contagious. She's so beautiful..like mom. Nakabalik na ako sa Venom kaninang umaga pero hanggang ngayon ay hindi ko pa rin makalimutan ang pagkikita namin. Dahil ng gabing iyon.. parang bumalik ako sa mga taong iyon.. Those years of pain and sorrow. Those times na sinumpa kong ipaghihiganti ko ang pamilya ko. That I will kill their leader.

Kinuha ko rin ang cameo na nakuha ko sa bahay namin dati. The one that my mom gave me. I know they're watching over us up there. Pero I hope they're watching over my sister more. She's the one who needs more protection. Dahil hindi ko iyon magagawa sa kanya sa ngayon ng personal.

Maybe it's time to let go of my sister for now. It's safer for her to be away from me. To be away from the prying eyes of the enemies. The more that she's close to me, the closer she is to danger. Kaya eto at gagawin ko na naman ang palagi kong ginagawa.. to sacrifice.. for her safety. She passed out after I hugged her that night. Maybe she was really stressed out dahil sa mga alaalang bumabalik sa kanya. I called her best friend na nakita ko sa contacts ng phone niya at siya ang pinasundo at pinahatid sa bahay nila. I told her also to tell Eirrah's parents to check-up on her because she wasn't feeling good. Good thing hindi na siya nagtanong pa kung sino ako at hinatid na lang di Eirrah sa bahay nito.

After they were gone, bumalik ako sa bar and drank my heart out. I was so drunk that Z had to call Chrome to fetch me. Nainis nga ako ng malaman ko pero wala naman na akong magagawa. I was pissed drunk that night dahil gusto kong makalimot kahit sandali. Hinatid rin si Z ni Chrome because he brought his car to fetch me. He asked me kanina kung bakit ako naglasing dahil alam niyang hindi ako basta-basta naglalasing. But of course, I kept my mouth shut. Wala rin namang alam si Z so it doesn't matter.

I sighed as I look at the sky.

I will miss her.. so bad. Now that I've seen and hold her.. Mas mahirap na ang hindi siya makasama. Ayaw ko nga siyang iwan but I had to. I want to comfort her sa pinagdadaanan niya pero pinigilan ko ang sarili ko dahil alam kong hindi pwede. Discipline is the key. I know how to control my emotions.. I must. And I'm so tired of letting my emotions ruin my mentality this past few days kaya I know better now. Flare's not gonna be proud of me if I keep on going back to the weak old me. I'm Priscilla Elyn Joson now at hindi ako basta-basta nagpapaapekto.

Bumaba na ako mula sa kwarto ko at naabutan ang M4 na abala sa kani-kanilang gawain. Nasa harap ng laptop niya si Sage, Faye is holding her phone habang si Bree ay nagbabasa ng novel. Ibang novel na 'yun at hindi na iyong nakaraang linggo pero alam kong tungkol rin iyon sa assassins or dark and tragic fantasies.

They all looked at me ng lumabas ako ng lift.

"Oh El! Good thing bumaba ka na. Come here with us. Namiss ka namin eh." Said Sab. Naglakad na ako papunta sa couch kung saan sila nakaupo.
