"Let's get out of here" Shawn said making Rose turn to him confused

"Out of here?" she asked confused

"Yeah, we're not having that much fun, so why don't we go do something fun. Plus we're sober and can drive" Shawn explained. Rose hesitated thinking of something to say, most likely trying to say no but then asked

"Where would we go?"

"Anywhere but here"

"Then let's go" she said grabbing her phone off the counter and following him out of the kitchen

"Stay close" he said turning back to her then back to the crowd finding a way through. He found one squeezing through the drunken teenagers. One of them walked right in between them making Rose grab Shawn's arm quickly not wanting to get lost. He looked back at her sliding her hand down into his intertwining their fingers as they made their way through.

They finally made it through going out the front door and into the yard. They kept their hands intertwined as they walked to where all the cars were.

"I forgot to ask do you have a car cause I walked here" Shawn asked turning back to her

"Well I have Jessica's car but she won't be using it anytime soon" Rose shrugged dragging him to a car in the midst of all the other cars.

"She has a really nice car" Shawn gaped at the expensive car in front of him

"She has really rich parents" Rose said unlocking the car and letting go of Shawn's hand to get in the driver's seat. Shawn stopped drooling over the car long enough to get in and looking around.

"This is insane" Shawn said running his hands over the leather seats

"Where are we going?" Rose asked turning the key in the ignition

"Let's just stay in here" Shawn said

"I know it's a nice car but I don't want to just sit here, so we can just drive around if you want" Rose offered waiting to go into reverse.

"Yeah we can do that" Shawn said getting out of his trance and looking over at Rose and nodding

"I actually have a place we could go but it's pretty far out" Rose said going in reverse out of the place she was parked in. Shawn nodded looking out the window as they passed the house. After about 45 minutes Rose turned onto a dirt road in the middle of nowhere.

"Are you going to kill me?" Shawn asked in worry as they went further into a forest

"Yes I brought you all the way out here in this nice ass car to take you to the middle of nowhere to kill you because I've been watching you" Rose rolled her eyes

"That sounds like the plot to a murder movie" Shawn exclaimed defensively

"Ok no I'm not here to kill you, I want to show you something" she said parking the car and taking the key out of the ignition and turning to Shawn.

"I somehow trust you so where am I going?" Shawn asked looking at her

"Follow me" Rose smiled getting out of the car and waiting for Shawn. She took his hand dragging him into the forest where there was a small trail that they could follow. After a while he was getting confused as he looked around being careful.

"Where are we going and how did you find it?" he asked looking back and not being able to see the car

"Just be quiet and let it be a surprise" Rose rolled her eyes taking a quick right and then a left and stopping. "Close your eyes"

"No I'm not going to close my eyes" Shawn said incredulously

"Do you trust me?" she asked looking back at him

"I um I don't know, yes?" he said confused

"It's a yes, I won't kill you I promise" she gave him a small smile. He hesitated before closing his eyes and held onto her hand tighter when she started moving.

"Am I going to trip over something?" he asked taking careful steps

"No I got you don't worry" Rose said softly guiding him around

"Rose?" Shawn asked panicked as she let go of his hand "Rose!?"

"I'm right here" she said putting her hands on his shoulders "Ok open your eyes"

Shawn opened his eyes blinking to get used to the light, when he was finally used to it he saw a pond. Not just any pond though it was one of those ponds that had rocks along the outside and there was a waterfall on the other side. There was a cliff on the other side right next to the waterfall.

"How did you find this place?" Shawn asked in awe walking closer to the water

"It's really a nerdy story" Rose blushed which was hard to see since the sun was almost set

"I want to hear it" Shawn looked back at her smiling. She walked over to a hollow log that was right next to Shawn pulling out a blanket. She set it down sitting on it and patting the spot next to her, Shawn walked over and sat down looking at her expectedly.

"When I was younger I used to look up the town on Google Maps and like look at my house and Jessica's house. And one day I was looking around the while town and I saw this little blue patch and I wondered what it was so I did research and I came here once I got my license, I keep blanket in that log and towels and a bathing suit in a cave up on the cliff and I haven't shown anyone but you" Rose blushed

"You haven't shown Jessica?" Shawn asked confused but also honored in a way

"No, you're the first person I showed, it's kind of my getaway because I don't like social stuff and you don't seem to either so if you ever need it you know where it is" she smiled looking over at him

"I don't think I could find it" he chuckled "It's pretty far back here"

"There's markers, if you didn't notice. Little arrows at the turns in blue spray paint, and circles at the straights to make sure you're going to right way. I did those when I was first finding my way through but I don't need them anymore" she shrugged

"You really have all this planned out don't you?" he chuckled

"Well I mean yeah" she blushed "I've been coming here since I was 16, and I'm 18 now"

"I'm 17" Shawn stated "I'm turning 18 later this year"

"That's cool" Rose smiled "I have one of those early birthdays"

"Can you swim in here?" Shawn asked after a moment of silence

"Yeah, there's no fish or anything because of the waterfall but it's pretty rocky" she shrugged

"How do you know there's no fish?" Shawn asked

"Scientific research" she said embarrassed

"I think it's cool that you like this place so much, no need to get embarrassed, I would be proud if I found this place and loved it so much"

"Yeah I guess" she shrugged picking at some lint on the blanket

"Hey don't be ashamed this is rea-" Shawn started saying but got cut off by his phone ringing

"Who is it?" Rose asked looking over at him

"Um Cameron" Shawn said answering the phone and putting it to his ear

"Shawn, where are you? Have you seen Rose? Where did you go? I've been looking allover"

"We um left"

"We?" Cameron asked confused

"Um yeah, Rose and I" Shawn said quietly

"Oh" Cameron said surprised

"What's wrong, why did you call?" Shawn asked changing the subject

"Oh yeah, put it on speaker if Rose is right there" Cameron ordered. Shawn nodded, even if Cameron couldn't see, and put him on speaker.

"You're on speaker" Shawn said

"Rose, Jessica's hurt"
