It's bright and early on a Saturday morning. The radio is softly playing in the background of the Monkees pad. Mike is sitting down in the kitchen listening to the news on the radio while drinking a cup of coffee. "It has just been said that the female actress and singer popularly known for her hit song titled "To Stir With Love",Theresa Lane has died early this morning. News reporters say that her depression was overwhelming for her,more information on her death later today,this has Beechwood news" The male reporter spoke firmly as the news continued to roll on. Mike's eye's grew big and was in very surprised to hear the passing of Theresa Lane. Mike and Theresa were very good friends as well as the other Monkees.
"Oh no!! This is unbelievable! She can't be gone! She can't be!" Mike whispers. Soon after, Peter,and Micky came down for breakfast,"Hey! Mike What's wrong?" Micky asked. Mike wiped his face and looked at Micky,"Theresa Lane passed away" Peter's head shot up, "She did not! But how?" Peter asked. "Beechwood news, apparently Theresa was suffering badly and yesterday was the day" Mike replied. Peter looked to the ground and began to cry, "I was going to visit her just this morning,and see how she was doing,but I guess I'm too late" Peter said out loud. Micky tapped Peter's shoulder "There there Its okay Pete" Mike looked at the clock, "Oh no! Wait till Davy finds out,He'll be in so much pain,Theresa was his only girl friend that he loved forever and now he doesn't have her anymore" Mike said. Micky's head shot up from his lap,"Maybe he doesn't need to find out,just act natural and don't mention Theresa" Micky whispered "Oh Davy...." Mike and Peter whispered
