Harry's P.O.V.
All chattering stopped. We looked at the Headmistress, confused. What's the connection of the visitors to that? But nevertheless everyone at the Great Hall including the Ravenclaws turned to look at Hermione who widened her eyes and blushed at the attention. Well, mostly because she's the smartest student in Hogwarts and also because she read a lot of books, even strange ones.
" Well," she said uncertainly. " In Greek Mythology, gods and godesses are there to explain various phenomenas in nature. It is part of their religion on Ancient Greece and it's still a part of the Modern Greece. It's also believed that the stories regarding this are true and there are still some magic coming from them. I'm not very sure about this subject. I never thought we would have to learn it." she said, her hair covering her face to hide her blush.
I looked at Percy and his friends. They seemed bored when Hermione explained about the Greek Mythology. I wonder why? Oh gosh... What's happening to me? I've said so many 'I wonder why's ' that I lost count.
" Anyway, " a Hupplepuff shouted from her seat. " Why are we talking about Greek myths Professor? Are they Greek wizards or somethin'?"
A Ravenclaw looked at them and said, " They don't look or speak like Greeks to me.."
" Have you even saw or heard a Greek speak, idiot?!" one of the Slytherins hissed.
The hall turned into chaos. The Hupplepuffs suggests something, the Ravenclaws comments, the Slytherin students will throw some insults and it will all end up by the Gryffindors yelling something to the Slytherins. Meanwhile, the Hogwarts staff are comparing suggestions about them. Percy and his friends just looked calm and a tad bit amused at our behaviours. Even the Headmistress looked ready to laugh.
" ENOUGH!!!" Professor said over the noise. The hall turned silent and everyone stared at the stern- looking Headmistress. " No, they are not Greek wizards or magicians, Susan Bones. Quite far from it, actually." The mentioned Hupplepuff student blushed then covered her face. " But they are related to these myths. Our visitors, " she looked at Percy and his friends, " are far more powerful than any magic or spells we can conjure up. Thus the reason why they are not even affected when Draco Malfoy, " at that, she gave him a glare which made me smirk, " cast a disarming spell on Annabeth."
" I am talking about certain control over elements. Elements that are far worst than our magic spells. Does this ring any bells to you, Hermione?"
We all looked at Hermione who looked like an invisible bulb had flashed on her head. She looked at the visitors disbelievingly, " You're the GREEK GODS?!"
Silence washed over the hall as if an angel had passed. Then sudddenly everyone began shouting at once.
" Blimey!"
" You all are GODS?!"
" Dude, what's your power?"
" This is SO cool!!!"
" No WAY!!"
" They don't looked like Gods!! They looked like mental kids who has very muscular body!!!"
Draco's expression is by far the best. He has his mouth hanging open and his knucles white from gripping his chair. He looks like he can pee at the fear on his eyes. If it was me, I would be, too, considering that I had angered the Gods themselves. If they really were the Gods.
However, our yelling were interrupted when Percy, Annabeth, Nico, Thalia, Travis and Connor started laughing like crazy while holding their stomachs. Even Clarisse cracked a smile which is rare.
Annabeth started to speak between her laughter, " Aw, we're SO pleased that you would mistaken as for the gods themselves but sadly, all of you are wrong, W-R-O-N-G, with a capital W."
