My name is Raelynn Dennis and I'm not like other females my own age, I can see and communicate with the dead. My parents and just about everyone I know think I'm crazy except for my brother Johnathan. He can't communicate with them but he's able to see and he can usually hear what their saying. We both have panic and anxiety disorders but the medication from our therapists help a little, we sound like a bunch of crazy people right?

"I'm freezing." My eyes flicked passed my teachers head and stared at the woman, she looked as if she has drowned; the tips of her wet hair slightly frozen.

I see some on a regular schedule and then others just float by with the time, I can see multiples at one time and other times I can only focus on one. I couldn't hear anything other than the woman gasping for air, my eyes traveled over to my brother. We were twins so it wasn't abnormal to have classes with him, then as the clock in the corner of the room stuck the 30 minute mark she disappeared as if her ghost never appeared in the first place.

"Raelynn can you explain this to the class?" The teacher asked as she pointed to the board and one of my only friends Mini laughed slightly from behind me.

"It's the simple equation for serial dilutions, C1 V1= C2 V2." I replied and she looked shocked but nodded turning to continue teaching the class.

"Smart ass." He whispered and I flipped him off and Jon laughed at our bantering.

As soon as class ended we all heard ridiculous screaming from some of the girls at our school, indicating that the "cool guys" had arrived at school no doubt late. It was sad really, no wonder guys make fun of the female gender these sluts were ridiculous. If only they knew that the so called bad boys of our school were actually 'bad boys'. They're in a gang of some sort but I've never really stuck around long enough to pay attention, being in a gang is dangerous. Frankly I don't want to be stuck in the same world with the things that already refuse to leave me alone. I could see Mini face away as Wildcat or rather Tyler passed; those two were childhood friends until Mini refused to join the gang. It wasn't hard to see that those two idiots missed each other, it wasn't like they were forbidden to talk to each other but Mini wasn't interested in having a friendship with someone who kept secrets from him left and right. We still talk to Moo or Brock; he's become sort of a friend. I guess that's a new way they communicate with each other, by asking Brock how the other one is. So far their gang has five members which would include Marcel/Basically, Nogla/David, Tyler/Wildcat, Moo/Brock and Evan/Vanoss their leader.

"My head hurts I'm going to go to the nurses." Mini mumbled walking the opposite way as Tyler approached him.

"Poor Craig." I whispered and my brother nodded as we headed to our last class we had together.

I could sense something around me, not something I was used to it was like a warning from someone or rather something. Looking around I tried to see if I could pinpoint where it was coming from but I couldn't, no one from Vanoss' gang had showed up. We all had the privilege to be trapped in a room together for this class but they weren't here, only ten other students were in the room pretending to pay attention to the lesson.

"Mr. Kyle can I go to the nurse I don't feel good." My head jerked up as I looked at my brother Jon who's face looked as if he was paler than a ghost, which I would know since they never leave me alone.

"Go ahead." He waved off and my brother left not even looking at me which made me nervous, he usually gives me a signal or something to give me a clue as to if he is alright or not.
