Chapter Twenty // Girl Problems

- Hayden's POV -

After class was over Ella agreed to bring me to her bedroom where Kim was. I wanted to apologise for upsetting her, even if Ella said it wasn't my fault.

Ella grabbed her bags and then we left, I was feeling nervous.

"What if she gets angry that she sees me?! Or I upset her again?" I said worryingly as we walked down the corridor.

"You're really hung up about this aren't you? I didn't think you'd be one to care about anybody" Ella said rudely, I grabbed her by the arm to stop her from walking further and she stared at me.

"Why do you think that?" I asked with a frown. She shrugged her shoulders.

"You're all perfect and you dance flawlessly, everyone loves you and you lap it up" She explained before sighing and continuing to walk. No body loves me, what is she talking about?

We made it to the boarding house without saying a word to each other because it felt incredibly awkward..

Ella knocked on the door of their bedroom.

"Are you decent Kim?" She shouted.

"Y-yep! Come in!" A sweet voice said from the other side, I took a deep breath and Ella opened the door.

Kim's face dropped as soon as she saw me standing behind Ella.

"Hayden wanted to come and say sorry for upsetting you earlier.." Ella explained to Kim, she nodded slightly and tucked her hair behind her ears. Ella let me in the room, I approached Kim and sat down on the bed beside her. Their room was messy already and it was only day two.

"Look Kim.. I really am sorry for making you upset earlier, I didn't know you were.. Uh, sensitive" I mumbled, Ella gave me the look of death as I chose the wrong words to say. Kim just nodded and looked down, wasn't she going to say anything?

"What did I do wrong? Can you please answer me that.." I asked, she looked up at me for a brief second and sighed quietly.

"She was just upset" Ella answered for her, I raised an eyebrow.

"Why aren't you letting her answer for herself?" I huffed, Kim moved away from me slightly and there was an awkwardness in the air.

"Leave" Kim muttered, Ella put her hands to her mouth like she was laughing and I was furious.

"Fine! I was just trying to be nice! You know we have an assignment together so we have to get along Kim" I said angrily before making my way to the door.

"I'll see you in studio one at 8:30 tonight" I shouted before storming out. Girls are annoying.

- Kim's POV -

How am I suppose to work with that guy? I have the worst vibes from him.

"What're you going to do about Hayden?" Ella asked before jumping onto my bed.

"I-I have no idea. He's g-going to make fun of m-me" I sighed loudly and Ella gave me a hug.

"If he does, I'll murder him!" She said, we giggled together and then there was a knock on the door.

Ella answered it, it was one of her other friends.

"Is this the sacred Kim who can never be found?" Her friend said with a shocked expression.

"Kim this is Bethany, one of our other classmates" Ella said before closing the door. Bethany shook my hand and smiled.

"I love your hair it's really nice" Bethany said as she began to plait one strand of my hair, I felt like my personal space bubble had popped.

"T-thanks" I mumbled quietly.

It was almost 5:00pm which meant dinner would be ready. Everyone who stays in the boarding house has dinner in a huge hall which is connected to the house. There are cooks who make us meals, I'm not excited to try them.

"Dinner time dinner time!!" A lady's voice shouted up the stairs, everybody began to sprint out of their rooms and down the stairs.

"I guess we have to go to" Ella said before taking me and Bethany's hand.
