Chapter five~

|| Y/N's POV||

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

"Ughh" I groaned, the sun glared down at me through the curtain. I quickly shielded my eyes and glanced at my clock, it read 7:03am

"Better get ready..." Sighing I got up from my bed when I heard a slight knock to my door.

"Who is it?!" I shouted.

"It's Anika," she said from the other side of the door.
"May I come in?"

"Uh...of course, come in" I mumbled. Anika opens the door and smiles,

"it's time to get dresses, hm?"

"All done" she said simply, she stood back and smiled

"Master Levi has requested to see you." Nodding I walked the long hallways to the room Levi was staying in.

I stood in front of the double doors and knocked lightly, I heard a muffled 'come in' and slowly opened the door. Levi stood by the window, the bright sunlight came in through the windows. His room spotless everything in its place, not even a spot of dust could be seen. The room decorated with simple furniture with a king sized bed in the middle, which was neatly made. Smirking a little I look at his outfit, he wore a long sleeve white polo, with back dress pants.

"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to come in?" He says, not making eye contact with me. Surprised I quickly closed the door and walked up to where he was standing.

"You asked to see me?"

"Ah, yes....um....would you like to join me....to um...go to town?" He stuttered. Smiling at him I nod as we walked out of his room.

||Levi's POV||

"Your majesty we are here" Sebastian said as he opened the carriage. I walked of first, taking Y/N's hand I help her down.

"So Levi, what should we do first?"

"Well I don't know," I said "let's just walk around and if we see something we like we can go look." She nodded happily, Sebastian bowing says
"Sir we will be back to pick you up, please take care your majesty" with that he got into the carriage and left.

We walk down the busy streets of Maria, the vendors selling various items.

As we were walking we heard a scream, Y/N looked at me and we quickly ran over to the source of the sound. There surrounded by big men was a small child who had black hair and E/C eyes,

"Hey kid!" I shouted, the child looked at me with tears in his eyes,

"Tch..." Y/N looked at me worried.

"Where have you been! I have been looking all over town for you!" I said in a irritated voice. The child quicky ran over an hugged my legs, I picked him up, smirking at the thugs I walked away. Leaving a confused and shocked Y/N behind me.

||Y/N's POV||

"WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED" I thought.
"LEVI GOT THE KID AND JUST WALKED AWAY" Looking behind me once more at the burly men I ran back up to Levi's side. Finally far away from thugs Levi put the child down.
"Hey kid where's your mom?" Levi asks. The child with tears in his eyes mumbled an "I don't know"
"Levi we need to help him,"
"Tch..."
"Please?" Levi looked at the child with his piercing gaze for a moment before giving a small nod. I smiled and looked at the child.

"Hey what's your name?" I asked

"My name is Zachariah, you can call me Zach" he said
"What a nice name" I smiled at him.

"How about we find your mom?" Looking up at me, Zach smiled and grabbed my hand with his small one.

We walked around the market place looking for his mother. Walking for a bit my stomach started to grumble, embarrassed I covered my face. Levi glancing at me breathed out a chuckle.

"I'm a bit peckish why don't we get something to eat?" He said, walking over to one of the stands he bought us some corn. Walking along the streets we passed by some ladies who were talking amongst themselves, I could hear their conversation as we passed,

"Look at that couple they look so great together" hearing what the lady said I blushed and looked down avoiding peoples gaze. Levi looking down at me (hahaha more like looked up at me, carry on) quickly looked back foward, pink faintly tinted his pale cheeks.

"ZACH! ZACH!?" Looking at levi we turned around, Zach let go of my hand and quickly ran over to the woman.
"Mom!" He shouted he quickly hugged her and looked back at us, he smiled and ran back over pulling Levi's hand and pulling him down to his height he whispered something in his ear. With one last goodbye Zach ran back to his mother and they walked off.

-Back in the carriage-

"Levi?"

"Mhm?"

"What did Zach say to you?"

"Nothing much" he said not looking away from his book.

"Could you tell me?" I questioned
"Well okay, he said.........."
