Hazel Grace POV

I wake up clutching clutching my stomach in pain as tears rush down my face.

I finally gather enough strength to scream, barely able to breathe while my lungs feel like they are burning my insides.

My parents soon rush in, bursting through the doorway and carrying me quickly to the car. A loud scream comes from my mouth seconds before I pass out.

10 Hours Later

I wake up feeling a hand on top of mine stroking my palm gently, once I get a good look I see it is Augustus, my Augustus, right here right now for me, just me. I snap out of my daze by asking him a question, " Gus what happened?" I say covering my eyes with my hand to block away the bright light in the room. I take my hands off my eyes only to see a tear stained, puffy eyed, broken hearted version of Augustus, he slowly looks up at me relieved but also sad, "Hazel Grace she's gone." He says whispering the last part, I shoot straight up from my pillow alert, after a few seconds of awkward silence he speaks " Our Tris didn't make it, you had a miscarriage." As soon as he said those words a sob burst from my mouth only to be muffled by Augustus holding me close to him, my body still shaking from my frequent sobs.

I lost the baby. I lost the baby - and it's all my fault.....

I apologize for my infrequent updates, I'm sorry for everything, I'm sorry if I bothered you, I'm sorry I'm dying, in sorry,but please find a way to forgive me in your hearts, I have no one left my parents hate me and the sad truth is I hate myself too, I've been cutting my wrists, just please forgive me for everything. I'm sorry for being a burden. I'm sorry,I'm so sorry. Forgive me please....
